We have finally finished restoring all items that could be restored. Around 2% of missing items could not be restored. Please check your sold/won items to proceed with shipping or refund requests. If you have any missing funds please contact our support team for assistance.

We have found the bud that allowed malicious users to delete other users’ listings off the site. The bug has been squashed and we are in the process of restoring all listings that were posted before the 28th of July. Apologies for the long time this had taken.

Hi Jess, sorry to hear about that. We are aware of an issue affecting new purchases not showing in your Won Items. We are refunding all users for missed purchases. Please stay on the lookout for an email to get your refund. Apologies for the inconvenience.

We are aware of an issue causing some purchases/sales to not show in the buyers’ and sellers’ accounts. We are working on a fix and will be manually refunding buyers for completed and “invisible” purchases even if escrow was not used.
