Satoshi freed money.
Markets are still run by middlemen.
At Plan ₿ Lugano, @BitcoinErrorLog showed what's next:
→ Pay anyone, in any money, with one tap
→ Sell with zero platform cut
→ Get censored? Keep your audience and your reputation
All live today. Full keynote 👇
Ask any contact for a payment in Bitkit.
Open their contact, set the amount, add a note. Bitkit uses their pubky to find them, so the request lands right in their wallet.
They pay in one swipe, or decline. Nothing moves until they say yes.
Bitkit team is on 🔥
And the cool thing is... it is all open source.

🤷 Some benefits we did not even consider. Anyway, Bitkit now has super powers, get.bitkit.to

From a bookkeeping view this is underrated. Contacts instead of addresses also means you can finally see later who you paid and why. The tax office asks exactly that :-)
Bitkit can now pay people, not only addresses.
Add a contact once, by their Pubky. When you pay them, Bitkit finds out how they can be paid and sends it, from your wallet to theirs.
No need to ask for an address or line up a QR. Just their name and a swipe.
Welcome to the future. 😉
With USDT support, you can hold, send, and receive digital dollars directly from your self-custodial wallet, without having to manage another app.
Not only did Bitkit get a huge upgrade today, our booth fun just went up a level too. ⛏️

You know who you're paying. So why does your wallet still need an address?
With Paykit in Bitkit, just select a contact. No copying long strings. No asking for payment details.
Pay people, not addresses. That's how it should have worked all along.

Payments aren't always one-off transfers.
Ask a friend to pay you. Review incoming requests. Manage subscriptions. Soon, set spending allowances with limits you control.
Less payment hassle. More control. And your keys stay yours.

Paykit is a strict improvement on the current payment protocol paradigm.

Paykit makes people easier to pay than addresses.
Find how someone accepts payments through their Pubky identity. Exchange requests and receipts. Your wallet moves the money.
Paykit never holds it. And the protocol is open for other wallets and apps to build on.
Everything we (people of the internet) ever did, has led to this 🫶
🚨JUST NOW at @LuganoPlanB
We said we'd free the markets. Today, we're taking a real shot at it.
Paykit. A heavily upgraded Bitkit Wallet. Pubky Locks. Pubky Marketplace.
It all starts with Paykit, an Open Source Payment Coordination Protocol. 🧵

We added USDT to Bitkit because it is useful to real people.
