@Uber_Support Hi, I need help with an unresolved Uber Eats refund.
My order cost £57, including 4 milkshakes with a total value of £24. The items were missing, and when I reported the issue through the in-app chatbot, I only received a £7.99 refund.

There’s no option in the app to escalate or request a proper review, and this refund doesn’t reflect the cost of what went wrong.
Could someone please look into this for me and process a fair refund for the milkshakes.
