It was a privilege to play for a funeral on the outskirts of Bolton today. We did our best to provide the right atmosphere, including Air on the G String, Nimrod and some Vivaldi and Bach as well as a selection of other classical pieces.
We had some really lovely feedback.

This weekend was a bit special. Today my 96-year-old dad, Eric Mizon, came to watch me play for the first time in 30 years. I didn’t dare look at him during my solo in Spartacus as I knew he’d be weeping, which he was. Still reeling from it all. It’s had a profound effect on me.
My naughty kitten had me searching the house for 20 minutes while watching me from here!! #ragdolls
