If you are building something sufficiently complex with the latest models (Astra High / Opus 5.5) Your role as an engineer now is largely to pull the models out of architectural local minima Out-of-the-box/un-prompted they still avoid "factorizing" and compressing a solution into it's most minimal representation (generalization)

Currently experimenting with a server-authoritative retained-mode compositor/render-server application architecture. Thinking being by pushing semantic information down the stack, and with a few clever tricks, you can implement advanced compositional experiences while improving performance/rendering performance. Time will tell.

If you're a harness, you're now adding system of record capabilities. If you're a system of record, you're now adding harness capabilities. You need to be both.

“b-b-but startups need to be in person!” nope, zero to multibillion dollar sale in 3 years with fully remote workforce what you ACTUALLY need is top talent obsessed with solving the customer problem
