("The dro~ne-dro~ne sound felt wonderful! Loud, heavy psychedelic rock is the best")
Unusually, we played Yao Tsu in 2 of the last 3 shows, so Viola saw it twice in row. We’re always so grateful to see you right at the front, really getting into it!
("Blasting Rod were nasty. The noise sections with the wah-wah and bowing were great. I had no idea a band like this existed.")

A wondrous, swirling, mind-boggling rock world will reappear Saturday in Osaka.
("8/12 Shindaita Fever—Blasting Rod were absolutely brilliant again.
…from a stoner vibe of the first half (a veritable intoxicating roar) to a full-on psychedelic explosion in the second half")
Next week's timetable.
Sat. 12 Sep. 2026 @kingcobra_osaka

One last gig in September brings the summer season and our live performances for the year to a close. We'll be woodshedding this autumn, the season of the arts.
