We have just heard from neighbors that a cyclist was tragically killed at the intersection of 2nd Ave and 9th St. The intersection is now blocked off, and our office is in touch with the @NYPD78Pct and @NYC_DOT. We will share more details when we have them. Please stay safe.

Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed a steep @mta service decline with the beginning of the new year? The number of delays I’ve experienced in the last week had been nuts. I’ve experienced THREE emergency brake delays—which is half of my total rides this week so far!
