Let evil villains have the power of friendship too. It's fucked up to imply evil villains can't care for friends too. There should be an evil villain that genuinely cherishes their minions and grieves them while flashbacks of good times with them play as they beat up the hero

Tactical Fiends led by Human Demon Harara from Kakugo no Susume & the Akuma Chojin led by Akuma Shogun from Kinnikuman. Their loyalty goes towards their followers & vice versa. Kakugo is mainly a manga read since it only has 2 ova eps. Shogun hasn't debuted in the new anime yet.

Kinnikuman, the series that (I think) first had the Power of Friendship as an actual tangible force, DID also have a bunch of the evil choujin harness it's power.
