I booked the advertised seamless flight with @FlyRwandAir and @qatarairways . Now 4 months later I still don’t have my luggage. In even though I have a bag tag luggage apparently disappeared. Both airlines are non responsive. Who do I speak to?
@FlyRwandAir it is 4 months since my luggage disappeared after I handed it to a @qatarairways attendant at JFK checkin. Can you provide an update? According to @qatarairways it is your legal responsibility.
Apparently this is an acceptable functioning guest bathroom at @HotelCroydon. Water all over the bathroom floor. Plus an in room fridge that doesn’t work to top it off.
