بيان صادر عن القوات المسلحة الأردنية - الجيش العربي سلاح الجو الملكي الأردني يُنفّذ عملية (الردع الأردني- حمود) استهدفت أوكار التنظيمات الإرهابية في الجنوب الشرقي السوري العملية تأتي انتقاماً لشهدائنا الذين قضوا في جنازة كنيسة حمود في الكرك يوم الجمعة الماضي يرتبط الإرهابيون الذين نفذوا هذا الفعل الإجرامي في حمود بهذه التنظيمات الإرهابية مقاتلات من سلاح الجو الملكي قامت بتدمير عدد من المواقع الإرهابية في الجنوب الشرقي السوري اسفرت العملية عن قتل وجرح العديد من عناصر التنظيمات الإرهابية وتدمير عدد من آلياتها نفذ صقور سلاح الجو الملكي الأردني بالتنسيق مع الحكومة السورية اليوم عملية نوعية استهدفت أوكار التنظيمات الإرهابية في الجنوب الشرقي السوري، أطلق عليها (الردع الاردني – حمود). وتأتي هذه العملية انتقاماً لشهدائنا الذين قضوا في جناز كنيسة حمود في الكرك يوم الجمعة الماضي، إذ يرتبط الإرهابيون الذين نفذوا هذا الفعل الإجرامي بهذه التنظيمات الإرهابية. وقامت مقاتلات من سلاح الجو الملكي بتدمير عدد من المواقع الإرهابية، واسفرت العملية عن قتل وجرح العديد من عناصر هذه التنظيمات الإرهابية وتدمير عدد من آلياتها. وتؤكد القوات المسلحة أنها تقف بالمرصاد لكل من تسول له نفسه المساس بأمن المواطنين، وتشدد على عزمها المضي قدماً في اجتثاث جذور التطرف والإرهاب وأنها ماضية في واجبها المقدس لحماية الوطن والمواطنين وصون مقدساته. رحم الله شهداء الكرك وحفظ الأردن عزيزاً منيعاً. #الأردن #القوات_المسلحة_الأردنية #الجيش_العربي

Ukraine has a stated requirement of 5,000-6,000 20mm rounds per day for its Vipers. Assuming they expend 75-100 rounds per intercept, that's roughly 50-80 intercepts every 24 hrs, so the 50k rounds should cover 8 to 10 days of sustained F-16 cUAS across 500-670 engagements.

🇺🇦🤝🇩🇰 Thank you, Denmark! Denmark has delivered more than 50,000 rounds of 20 mm ammunition to Ukraine on an expedited basis for the onboard cannons of F-16 fighter jets. Ukrainian pilots are already using them to intercept jet-powered attack drones. “We are grateful to Denmark for its quick and effective response to our request for additional ammunition. This speed matters directly for strengthening Ukraine’s air defence and protecting people from Russian air attacks,” Minister of Defence Evgeniy Khmara said. Aviation, and the F-16 in particular, is currently one of the most effective means of countering jet-powered Shaheds. Sidewinders and AMRAAMs obviously help too, but there are only so many to go around. Expect them reserved for high-risk profiles or specific engagement parameters. Ukraine needs FZ275s and AGR-20s, or rather they needed them yesterday and by the thousands.

Zelensky says he met Lockheed Martin representatives in Kyiv to discuss expanding supplies for Ukraine. He said Patriot systems and F-16s play a key role against Russian ballistic missiles and jet-powered Shaheds, while both areas remain difficult. Lockheed Martin is increasing production of ballistic-missile interceptors, and Ukraine hopes to purchase part of that output. Kyiv is also working to have F-16 maintenance and repairs carried out in Ukraine. #Ukraine
