watch this video and you’ll realize san jose has a coaching problem. what natalie says doesn’t apply to just coaching the wnba, but coaching and leading in ANY capacity.

Guys is it a good idea to play a defense-forward system with a bunch of rookie offensive dynamos and one of the worst defensive cores in the league? Asking for a nemesis.

Sharks' Ryan Warsofsky on his message landing: "Our guys understand how we need to play. We show it daily. But I got to look in the mirror myself. And when we’re in these types of situations, are there things that I can do differently? We’ll look at it and we’ll go from there."

well obviously they wouldn't just publicly denounce their head coach and the rest of the coaching staff

Sherwood said the struggles aren’t on the coaches. Celebrini agreed: β€œWe’re the ones on the ice.” #SJSharks

but taking into account the character of our players I do believe they're taking a fair share of the responsibility. I'd pay to be a fly in that lockerroom and learn what the player/coach dynamic is right now

my biggest concern is that the front office will draw the wrong conclusion from all of this.

Our defense-first structure isn't working. All our attacks are one and done. We're boring to watch. Night and day from last year.

Atp it’s literally painful to watch. The game system OBVIOUSLY doesn’t work and doesn’t complement our players and as a bonus our coach is outcoached by literally every team… I’m SO, SO FRUSTRATED.
