A wallet can be active on one DEX and still tell you very little about how it behaves across DeFi.
That's why I find the scope of @zerufinance's zScore worth examining. It looks at a wallet's longer DeFi history across areas such as trading, lending, liquidity provision, staking, and protocol diversity.
The distinction matters. A snapshot of token balances tells you what a wallet holds now. A broader activity history can reveal how it has interacted with different parts of the ecosystem over time.
But more activity shouldn't automatically mean better reputation. Ten shallow interactions aren't necessarily more meaningful than a smaller number of sustained, useful actions.
Personally, I'd be more interested in whether a reputation score captures the depth and diversity of a wallet's history than whether it simply rewards doing more.
If you were assessing an unfamiliar wallet, which would tell you more: activity across several protocols or consistent participation in a few?

A wallet can look active onchain without necessarily being a valuable contributor.
That's the problem reputation systems need to solve. Transaction counts are easy to observe, but they don't automatically tell us whether someone contributed meaningfully or simply optimized their behavior around rewards.
What makes @zerufinance's zScore worth examining is the idea of turning wallet activity into a reputation signal that can be used beyond a single campaign.
But there's a trade-off here: if a score rewards only frequent activity, it may favor people who have more time or capital to deploy. If it focuses too narrowly on a few high-value actions, it could miss smaller contributors who consistently participate.
Personally, I think the hardest part of onchain reputation isn't collecting more data. It's deciding which behavior deserves trust without confusing wealth with contribution.
When evaluating a wallet, should consistent participation count more than transaction size?

That last part matters to me.
A tool that only one person uses does not change much.
A tool the whole team can open is different.
I have not tried it yet so I can't say how good the results are, but I like the idea of starting with something that already works instead of a blank page.
