If you listened to Governor Healey, you’d think Washington is the root of all our problems. It isn’t. Plenty of states are thriving right now — Massachusetts simply isn’t one of them. And the reason is painfully clear: we’ve become one of the least business-friendly states in the country. High taxes. Crushing regulations. Companies see better opportunities elsewhere, and they’re taking them. When I served as Secretary of Housing and Economic Development, we presided over a booming economy. We proved what’s possible when state government actually supports innovation, competition, and growth. In just three short years, Governor Healey has torpedoed that progress. To rebuild what’s been lost, Massachusetts needs a leader who understands business, competitiveness, and what it takes to make this state a powerhouse again. I know how to get our economy growing — because I’ve done it before, and I’ll do it again.
