this is how i got here... what you all call space saucers! #finallytimetogohome! 👽🛸
Northwestern engineers built a drone that spins its own body 25 times a second to disappear mid-flight. It's called Phantom Twist. No paint. No clear plastic shell. No camouflage. Most of the frame rotates. 25 turns per second. 1,500 per minute. A full turn every 40 milliseconds. The propeller spins the other way. That's the trick. The counter-rotation cancels the spin, and the aircraft holds steady while its body turns into a smear. The eye tracks a bird. It tracks a normal quadcopter. It can't lock onto a shape that redraws itself 25 times a second. You see motion. You see blur. You never see the outline. Every camouflage in history tried to match the background. This one just refuses to hold still.

was recently asked what unique advantage I bring... my response, "put me in when nobody knows what will happen next or how we are going to get there." orchestrating in the face of chaos and uncertainty, that's my game! youtu.be/w4OPtFCs_fw?is=4bjv… – at Black Mountain, NC

‘My first 3 months at Liverpool there wasn’t a week where I felt good. My body was in bits. Once I crossed that barrier I was unstoppable. You go into a game and it’s easy.’ This is why I’m expecting Liverpool to EXPLODE when the players have adapted to what Iraola’s methods.

I made a computer vision tool for rock climbing holds analysis! As someone who is newer to climbing and wants to improve, I've noticed more and more recently how everyone solves the route differently. As I said to my friends the other day, "Everyone has to find their own way." 🤣 So I extended my last rock climbing demo with new analytics that I'm really excited about. I added what percentage of the total time your hands and feet are on a hold, as well as which holds each hand and foot is using. This data can be used in a few ways. For example, I know that I should use my feet and legs more when climbing. This tool can show me how much I use my feet, so I can use that as a baseline to improve. What I'm most excited about is how it enables comparing climbing sequences on the same route. You can compare against your friends' sequences: maybe you use 1, 3, 5, 7, and another friend uses 1, 2, 6, 7. Or you can compare against your own historical data, like I show here at the end. I used ViTPose+ Large for pose estimation and SAM 3.1 to segment the holds, both models accessed through the @vlmrun Gateway. I also use SAM 3.1 to segment the gray floor, so we know when the feet leave the ground to help with starting the route timer. Would love to hear what you think! It’s outrageous that there is a small group of Liverpool fans that do not rate Dominik Szoboszlai given his consistent performances for years now. He doesn’t need to be platformed to perform; LCM, RCM, #10, RB!, he influences football matches week-in, week-out. Every elite side in Europe would KILL to have Szoboszlai.

At this point I have to assume Szoboszlai is just Hungarian for Banger Goals Also the late break on that ball in flight is just cruel.
