We are delighted to launch this fundraising appeal to build a statue of John Trollope MBE at Foundation Park. With the success of Don’s statue at the County Ground, the Community Foundation will be commissioning the same sculptor Alan Herriott to build John’s statue and with the hope of having the statue unveiled at the start of the 25/26 season. The fundraising campaign is being run in collaboration with the supporters groups @TrustSTFC , @STFCSupClub, the STFC Business Group and @Official_STFC, with the aim to raise £100,000. From Foundation Park, to the Nigel Eady Training Centre to the purchase of the County Ground, we are eternally grateful for Nigel's contribution to football in Swindon. Twelve years ago Nigel passed away, but his legacy lives on in the buildings that carry his name, and those who tell his story. 🔴⚪⚽ #ProudToBeSwindon #WherePeopleMatter
