Neuro-oncology steroid tips from the Green journal :
Use for symptomatic brain edema from primary tumors or brain metastases.
Dexa is the best 4–8 mg/d (BID max) and the second dose should be given in the afternoon, not in the night. A rapid taper and avoidance of night use will minimize steroid s/e and nocturnal neuropsychiatric issues.
Reduce the dose before RT/TMZ/ICIs & for PCNSL biopsy.
H2-blockers are preferred over PPI for GI prophylaxis.

Police said Suhail has been speaking arrogantly during the interrogation. The mindset of such elite guys under the influence of family wealth or social status believe that they are above law. Moreover no luxury cars, powerful family or amount of money can bring those innocent lives back. Justice must follow through a fair legal process, with the same standards applied regardless of who the accused is.
An unusual movement disorder:
Compulsive repetitive flexion with breath-holding (CoRFBiS) is a valuable bedside clue to brain sagging syndrome from spontaneous intracranial hypotension.
Repeated forward bending at the waist, sometimes with breath-holding, can occur alongside orthostatic headache, gait dysfunction, hypersomnolence, and striking behavioural or cognitive change.
In the original series, this sign was reported in 18 of 51 patients with sagging brain syndrome, and brain MRI showed severe sagging in all affected patients. Recognition matters: CoRFBiS should trigger careful review for MRI features of intracranial hypotension and evaluation for a spinal CSF leak.

This is a great idea. Many “charitable” institutions procure medicines at a minuscule price from the companies and then maximise profits from the patients. Apparently they are uncharitable when it comes to to passing on the benefit to customers.
In India, hospitals will however come up with innovative solutions to overcome this hurdle

Not every place can afford to hire a Neuro radiologist and more dedicated Neuro radiologists are in short supply in India.
Most hospitals make do with a general Radiology report on neurological scans. To improve the quality of the report, what I do is take the base report and add the parameters that I need on top of it. This is a template for Subduralhaematoma reporting, because I am quite keen on middle meningeal artery embolisation.
I have created a Neuro-radiology app which guides me through the various parameters I really need to make a decision.
