I'm BEGGING you to look up what YouTube pays per 1,000 views in different niches before you pick what to make videos about
This is the single most important number in the entire YouTube business model and almost nobody checks it before starting
Entertainment: $2-4
Gaming: $3-5
Vlogs: $4-6
Reactions: $3-5
Now look at the niches nobody wants:
Medicare supplements: $44
Estate planning: $38
Commercial insurance: $35
Business tax strategy: $32
HVAC repair: $28
Assisted living: $26
Septic and well water: $24
Farm equipment: $22
That's not a typo. $44 per thousand views vs $3 per thousand views. The exact same platform. The exact same algorithm. The exact same upload button
A gaming channel needs 1,000,000 views to make $3,000
A Medicare channel needs 68,000 views to make $3,000
And the Medicare channel has maybe 12 competitors in the entire United States while the gaming channel has 45,000
But this is where it gets stupid:
The $44 CPM is just the ad money. The viewers in these niches are about to spend $5,000-$200,000 on the thing you're explaining to them. The ad revenue is a tip. The real money is what happens after they watch
A roofer with 3,000 subscribers who answers "how much does a new roof cost" gets calls from homeowners about to spend $14,000. Every video is a free sales rep that works at 3am
A financial advisor with 5,000 subscribers who answers "should I do a Roth conversion" gets appointments from retirees managing $400,000+ portfolios. One client is worth $5,000-$15,000 a year in advisory fees
An HVAC company with 2,000 subscribers who answers "heat pump vs furnace" gets calls from homeowners about to spend $8,000-$15,000. Those viewers aren't subscribing to an HVAC channel. They're panicking because their furnace died in January and they need someone who knows what they're talking about
The leads close at 2-3x the rate of ad leads because the buyer watched you explain their exact problem for 15 minutes before they called. The trust was built before the conversation started
How to find these niches yourself in 10 minutes:
1 → Open Google Keyword Planner (free with a Google Ads account you never have to fund). Type any service. Sort by "Top of page bid - high range." That column shows what advertisers pay per click. $50-200 per click = that niche pays $20-44 CPM on YouTube. The correlation is almost perfect
2 → Search that topic on YouTube. Count how many serious channels answer it. If there are fewer than 15, you have almost no competition for an audience advertisers are paying $50-200 a click to reach on Google
3 → Check the comments on the few channels that exist. Every question asked is a video idea nobody made yet. Every complaint is a positioning opportunity
The uglier the niche sounds the emptier it is and the higher it pays. This has been true for 8 years straight and nobody talks about it because making videos about septic systems and Medicare won't get you likes in a group chat
I build channels in these niches. The ones that sound like pamphlets in a doctor's waiting room. Because that's where the checks clear

Zero people wake up wanting to watch a video about a fire extinguisher, but 2,000,000 people will stop to watch a mansion burn down
The richest businesses on YouTube stopped making videos about what they sell
They hijack someone else's $50M disaster and sell the fix underneath:
Every week I see founders and B2C creators upload videos titled "How Our System Helps You Save on Taxes" or "5 Ways to Scale Your Brand"
Those videos get 200 views because strangers on the internet do not care about your company
Human brains are wired to rubberneck at car crashes, lawsuits, bankruptcies, and famous people losing millions of dollars
So instead of making a boring video about your fire extinguisher, you make a 15-minute video breaking down a famous guy's mansion burning to the ground
Then at minute 5, while 500,000 people are glued to the screen, you pull up the exact mistake that caused the fire and show how your business prevents it
Look at how you run this across any high-ticket business:
→ You sell tax or accounting services
Skip filming "Top 5 LLC Deductions". Film "How [Famous Athlete / Creator] Just Lost $14M to the IRS Over 1 Clause". At minute 6, pull up the actual IRS form on screen and show the exact structure you install for your clients so they pay $0
→ You sell e-commerce coaching or software
Skip filming "How to Improve Store Conversion". Film "How This $40M Shopify Brand Went Bankrupt in 90 Days". Walk through their unit economics failing, then pull up your client dashboard and show how you fix that exact margin leak
→ You sell B2B systems or agency services
Film a breakdown of a massive company whose launch or software migration just imploded in public, diagnose the operational bottleneck that killed them, and put your booking link in line 1 of the description
When we wrote a single deep-dive story script like this for Jordan Welch, that one upload pulled 923,000 views and ~$16,700 in pure AdSense
Borrow a famous name's $50M mistake to get the views for free, then let your offer catch every buyer in the audience who doesn't want to be next
If you run an online business or B2C creator brand doing $20k+/mo and want my team to research, script, edit, and run your YouTube channel over the next 90 days, DM me "YT" or book a call at viralbangers. com
The fastest way to get a rich guy to wire you $15,000 is to show him how to do your job for free in excruciating detail
By minute 14 he realizes two things:
1. You actually know what the fuck you're doing
2. He would rather wire you $15k than spend his Sunday doing step 4:
Almost every coach, agency owner, and B2C creator is terrified of giving away too much for free on YouTube
They think "if I show the whole process on screen, why would anyone pay me?"
So they upload vague 8-minute videos where they talk about "mindset" and "frameworks" while hiding how the actual work gets done
And two terrible things happen when you hold back:
First, smart buyers with money immediately smell that you're hiding the ball, assume you're another fake guru who doesn't actually run the play, and close the tab
Second, the only people who DM you are broke beginners hoping for a magic shortcut
In 2026, raw information is worth $0. Execution is the only thing people with money pay for
When we helped scale RP Profits from 8,000 to 47.9k subscribers and ~$200,000/month organically off YouTube, the entire play was built on giving away the farm
You take the exact internal SOP, template, or setup that other guys hide behind a $2,000 paywall, and you walk through all 35 steps on screen for 25 minutes straight with zero gatekeeping
The broke viewers watch the whole thing, leave comments thanking you, and bookmark it (which spikes your watch time and forces YouTube's algorithm to push your video to 100,000+ new people for free)
And what does a founder making $50,000/month do when he watches you configure 19 different settings, write custom prompts, and troubleshoot 6 edge cases at minute 14?
He closes his notebook, says "fuck doing this myself, this guy clearly knows every landmine in the process," and clicks the first link in your description to pay your team to build it for him
The more thorough and technical your free video is, the more expensive your done-for-you service becomes
If you're already doing $20k+/mo with your offer and want us to build and run this entire YouTube machine for you in 90 days (10 videos, scripts, editing, titles & thumbnails), DM me "YT" or go to viralbangers. com
If someone watches 4 minutes of your YouTube video today, Google will stalk them with your face for the next 90 days for $0
On TikTok or IG, if a buyer scrolls past you, they're gone forever
On YouTube, one 4-minute view triggers a free retargeting loop most businesses waste:
Think about what happens when a rich buyer sees your 30-second Reel, TikTok, or X post while they're in an Uber
Even if they like what you said, they don't buy a $5,000 offer in 30 seconds. They close the app, forget your name by dinner, and you have to pay Meta $60 CPMs on retargeting ads just to get back in front of them
YouTube's recommendation engine works completely differently
The second a viewer watches 4+ continuous minutes of one long-form video on your channel, YouTube's algorithm tags their Google account as part of your "core viewer cluster"
For the next 60 to 90 days, every single time that person opens YouTube on their work laptop, on their phone in bed, or on their living room TV on Sunday night, Google puts your next upload in the top 3 slots of their homepage
It is $50,000/month worth of cross-device retargeting ads that Google runs for you for $0
But there's one catch that decides whether YouTube stalks them for 90 days or drops you after a week:
A metric inside YouTube Studio called "Average Views Per Viewer"
If someone watches 1 of your videos and leaves, YouTube assumes they only cared about that one topic. If they watch 2 of your videos in a single session, YouTube locks your channel onto their homepage for months
So on every client channel we build, we never end a video with "thanks for watching"
At the climax of Video A, we intentionally open one specific problem we don't solve in that video, point to an on-screen card for Video B, and say:
"Now that you have [Step 1] set up, the whole thing breaks if you get [Step 2] wrong. I filmed a full 14-minute screen-share showing how we fixed [Step 2] for a client right here on screen, click that now and I'll see you in there"
One click turns into a 35-minute binge session, Google follows them around the internet for 90 days for free, and they show up to your sales call ready to pay
If you're doing $20k+/mo in your business and want my team to build and run this entire 10-video YouTube system for you over the next 90 days, DM me "YT" or book a call at viralbangers. com
To get a millionaire to wire you $10,000 on the internet, you first have to use 500,000 broke people as unpaid labor
Every algorithm on earth uses normal people as the gatekeeper
If you don't bait the broke crowd into clicking first, the rich guys never even see your video exist:
When a founder, coach, or B2C creator starts a YouTube channel, they usually title their videos like a brochure for their product
They think "I only want serious buyers, so I'll make the title super specific to what I sell"
Problem is YouTube's algorithm doesn't know who the millionaires are when you hit upload
It tests your video on a random sample of 1,000 everyday viewers first. And 950 of those people are broke guys sitting on the couch
If those 950 people scroll past your thumbnail because it looks like a dry corporate webinar, your click-through rate tanks, the algorithm assumes the video sucks, and YouTube buries it at 400 views
So the 50 rich buyers who would have wired you $10,000 never even get shown the video on their homepage
You need the 950 broke people to click and watch just to force YouTube's algorithm to push your video into the feeds of the rich buyers
The way we engineer this on every client channel is a 90% Broad Wrapper around a 1% Buyer Core
You package the thumbnail, title, and first 60 seconds around a shocking story, villain, or money anomaly that 90% of normal adults feel forced to click (that's the unpaid labor that juices the algorithm)
Then at minute 2 inside the video, you pivot straight into the exact problem your high-ticket offer, software, or community solves
We took Inayah McMillan's channel from averaging 15,454 views per upload to hitting 1,185,797 views on our very first video together (a 76.7x outlier on video #1) using this exact mechanism
Look at how a 400-view business title turns into a 500,000-view Trojan Horse video:
→ Tax / Accounting Offer
400-view title: "3 S-Corp Tax Deductions for Small Business Owners in 2026"
500k-view wrapper: "How Legal Loopholes Let Business Owners Pay $0 to the IRS (Full Breakdown)"
→ Trading / Finance Offer
400-view title: "My Daily Supply & Demand Chart Routine for Day Traders"
500k-view wrapper: "I Audited 50 Retail Traders: 48 Lost Money From This 1 Mistake"
→ E-Com / Info Business
400-view title: "How to Find Winning Products & Scale Your Store to $10k/Mo"
500k-view wrapper: "Inside a $140,000/Month One-Product Store (Unredacted Screen Share)"
Same backend offer. Same expertise inside the script. Completely different reach
The broke viewers give you the click velocity and watch time that forces YouTube to blast the video to 500,000+ people for free, and the top 1% of viewers in that crowd book out your sales calendar
When we ran this exact packaging + scripting play for Ethan Garland after his channel sat dead for 8 months, one upload hit 539,000 views (his most-viewed video ever) and put 7,000+ people straight into his Discord
When we wrote a single script for Jordan Welch using this structure, it pulled 923,000 views and ~$16,700 in AdSense alone
If you already have an offer or creator business doing $20k+/mo and want my team to package, script, edit, and run your channel for the next 90 days, DM me "YT" or book a call at viralbangers. com
There are guys who read 2 books about your industry making $100k/mo on YouTube while you actually know what you're doing and get 300 views
I see this every week with 7 and 8-figure founders
And it comes down to one dumb mistake they make when they try to start a channel:
Every time a real founder (someone actually running a $50k to $500k/mo company) tries to get on YouTube, they hire a video guy who treats them like a full-time influencer
The producer sends over a 3,500-word word-for-word teleprompter script full of corny MrBeast hooks, tells the founder to block off two full days a month to film, and makes them do 14 takes of the intro
By video 3 the founder looks like a hostage reading a ransom note, the video gets 280 views, and the founder quits because their time is worth $2,000 an hour and they don't have 15 hours a week to play YouTuber
Meanwhile some 22-year-old kid who has never run a company in his life is getting 400,000 views a month in your exact niche and taking all the inbound leads
Because the kid knows how to package ideas for the algorithm, even though his actual expertise is a 3/10
When we work with busy founders and big operators, we ban word-for-word teleprompters unless they already love reading scripts
When we edited for Chamath Palihapitiya, his channel put on 98.2k subscribers in 11 videos. When we scaled RP Profits from 8k to 47.9k subscribers (now doing ~$200k/mo organically off YouTube), the system was built around extracting what was already in their head without burning their calendar
You only do two things:
First, our team pulls the 10 biggest outlier topics in your market using data from channels that got 10x their normal views, and we hop on a 20-minute call to extract your real numbers, war stories, and contrarian takes
Second, we build a bullet-point talking map (with the exact hook and retention turns written out) so you can sit down once every two weeks, talk for 90 minutes like you're explaining it to a client over coffee, and walk away
Our team handles the packaging, B-roll, retention editing, thumbnails, titles, and A/B testing
You spend 45 minutes a week being the expert. The channel runs like a 24/7 media company that sends pre-sold buyers to your calendar
If you're doing $30k+/mo in your business and want us to build and run your entire YouTube channel over the next 90 days (10 videos, done for you), DM me "YT" or check viralbangers. com
If your competitor is spending $200k/mo on ads, you can legally steal their customers on the 1-yard line for $0
Before anyone spends $500 to $10,000 on something they saw in an ad, 60% of them open YouTube and type the same 3 words
And almost zero companies own that search result:
Think about what you do right before you buy a $3,000 program, switch your company's software, or join a paid community you saw on Instagram or Meta ads
You open a new tab, go to YouTube, and type:
→ "[Competitor Name] honest review"
→ "Is [Competitor Name] worth it in 2026"
→ "[Competitor A] vs [Competitor B]"
Your competitor just spent $200,000 a month on paid ads doing the hardest part of business for you
They found the buyer, educated them on the problem, and convinced them to pull out their credit card
Right at the 1-yard line, that buyer pauses for 15 minutes to verify if the company is legit on YouTube
And when they search your competitor's name, there's usually nothing there except a couple sketchy affiliate videos from 2023
So smart operators are stepping right into that gap
You go into the Meta Ad Library (facebook. com/ads/library) and look up the 10 companies in your space running the most active ads for 90+ days straight (if an ad has been live for 3 months, it's printing cash)
Then you film a clean, objective 12-minute breakdown on YouTube reviewing their product or method
You give them credit for what they do well so the viewer trusts you're being fair. Then you point out the 2 biggest bottlenecks their customers run into (price, slow setup, missing feature, lack of 1-on-1 support etc) and show how your offer fixes that exact gap on screen
The buyer came to YouTube with their credit card already in their hand
You just redirected the wire transfer to your Stripe account while your competitor paid the Meta ad bill
When we built a targeted 10-video rollout like this for Clover Trading on a 10.3k-sub channel, it added +$100,000 in YouTube revenue in 90 days because every viewer clicking play was already looking to buy
If you run an online business, software, or B2C brand doing $20k+/mo and want my team to build and run your entire YouTube acquisition channel in 90 days, DM me "YT" or book a call at viralbangers. com
Don't hate the player, hate the game
I build YouTube channels that bring in clients on autopilot.
If you sell something and don't have a channel doing the work for you yet → viralbangers.com
YouTube just gave me early access to YouTube DMs
Last time an app added DMs like this, people printed $100k/mo on Instagram off 1-word comments
And YouTube is 10x bigger:
Remember what happened in 2023 when Instagram opened up DMs to ManyChat?
Before that, creators had to beg people to "click the link in my bio" and 99% of viewers were too lazy to leave the feed
Then comment-to-DM dropped and literally broke Instagram
You could post a 10-second reel, tell people "Comment FREE and I'll DM it to you" and two things happened at once:
1. Thousands of comments flooded the post in the first hour, which forced the IG algorithm to push the video to millions of views
2. Viewers got a free training, Discord link, or checkout page dropped straight into their inbox while they were still on the app
Guys with tiny 15k-follower pages were printing $50k to $100k/mo off 1-word comments because all the friction disappeared
Now think about how broken buying stuff from YouTube currently is
Someone watches your video for 20 minutes straight. They like your voice, they trust your face, and they actually want to buy your stuff (courses, communities, software, consumer apps, coaching etc)
Problem is half of them are watching on their phone or TV and don't even open the description box
So 98% of your warmest buyers just click the next video and disappear
Even with a clunky description link, YouTube already converts harder than anything else on the internet:
→ One 539k-view video we made for Ethan Garland put 7,000+ people straight into his Discord
→ RP Profits went from 8k → 47.9k subs with us and does ~$200k/mo organically off YouTube
→ Clover Trading added +$100k in YouTube revenue in 90 days on a 10.3k-sub channel
→ Scott Taylor booked ~10 calls from a single 37.3k-view video (channel is at ~$40k/mo now)
All of that came from making people hunt for a tiny blue link in the description box like it's 2014
Do you realise what happens the second ManyChat-style DM funnels hit YouTube??
Viewer watches your video for 12 minutes → you show a worksheet, tool, or free breakdown on screen → tell them "Comment [WORD] below and I'll send it straight to your YouTube DMs"
Your comment velocity explodes (which forces YouTube's algorithm to push the video to 5x more strangers on the homepage)
Plus every viewer who comments gets your VSL, community, or booking link dropped straight into their YouTube inbox with zero spam folder and zero competition
A channel getting 30k views a month with this setup will out-earn a channel getting 500k views the old way
Funny thing is most creators are still gonna fumble this when it rolls out to their account
Because on Instagram you can slap "comment FREE" onto a lazy 7-second clip and get away with it
On YouTube, if you bait comments at the wrong timestamp or your script doesn't hold retention first, viewers click off early, your watch time tanks, and the algorithm buries the video at 300 views
The DM callout has to be scripted right into the retention spike of the video, and the title + thumbnail still have to pass the 90% broad appeal test so YouTube actually pushes you to cold traffic first
We already have access to YouTube DMs and we're building this exact comment-to-DM system into our clients' channels right now
If you're a B2C creator or run an online business already doing $20k+/mo and want us to build and run this entire YouTube machine for you (scripts, editing, thumbnails + the DM funnel)

I build YouTube channels that bring in clients on autopilot.
If you sell something and don't have a channel doing the work for you yet → viralbangers.com
If I lost everything tomorrow & had to get back to $50k/month asap, here's what I'd do:
1. Go to YouTube and open a fresh account on a spare email. No one has to know
2. Abuse the new YouTube DMs feature Google just dropped before everyone else gets access:
Google just added a live DM inbox inside the YouTube app (and wired it straight into iMessage & phone notifications)
Almost no one has access to this yet, and 99% of channels have zero clue how to monetize it when it hits their account
Here is the full A-to-Z playbook I'd run to turn this into $50k/mo:
Step 1: Stop chasing 1M views (you only need 25,000)
Under the old way, you needed massive views because less than 1% of viewers on TVs and phones ever open the description box to click a link
With YouTube DMs live, 8% to 10% of viewers will drop a 1-word comment to get something sent to their inbox
On a single video with just 25,000 views:
→ 8% comment = 2,000 people in your YouTube DMs
→ Close just 1.5% of those 2,000 DMs on a $2,000 B2C offer (coaching, info, community, software, app etc)
→ That's $60,000 cash from ONE 25k-view upload
Step 2: Build an "Unfinished Asset" for the video
People won't comment a keyword just to join your newsletter. You have to show a tangible tool on screen that saves them 5 hours of work:
→ Fitness / health: a macro calculator, protocol sheet, or bloodwork cheat sheet
→ Finance / trading: a backtest spreadsheet, tax form checklist, or indicator script
→ Business / AI: the workflow file, prompt doc, or template
The trick is to actually use the sheet or tool live on camera for 30 seconds, then say:
"Don't pause the video and try to copy this by hand, just comment [WORD] below and I'll send the file straight to your YouTube DMs"
Step 3: Put the DM callout at the 65% mark (plus a second loop)
If you tell people to comment and check their DMs at minute 1:00, they pause the video, click away, and nuke your watch time
Put the DM callout ~65% of the way through the video right after your biggest value drop
Then open a second loop in the very next sentence ("Now once you open that sheet, do NOT touch tab 2 until you see this...") so they type the 1-word comment while the video keeps playing to the end
You get a 10x spike in comments AND high retention at the same time, which forces YouTube's algorithm to push the video to 5x more strangers on the homepage
Step 4: The 3-message DM script (and the unlisted video trick)
Because YouTube DMs are tied straight to their phone notifications and iMessage graph, open rates are ~90% (vs 15% on email)
Run this 3-message sequence inside the chat:
1. Instant reply: Send the free asset + 1 simple question ("Here's the link to the sheet: [link]. Btw are you currently doing [X] or trying to fix [Y]?")
2. Qualifier: Once they reply, ask where they're stuck ("Got it, how long have you been dealing with that?")
3. The Unlisted Video Close: Instead of typing a wall of text or begging them to leave the app, send a 60-second UNLISTED YouTube video right inside the DM
Because you're already inside YouTube, that 60-second video plays natively inside the chat with zero redirect, pitches your offer or calendar in 60 seconds, and drops the checkout / booking link right underneath
Step 5: Raid your competitors' comments while your channel grows
You don't even have to wait for your own videos to pop to run this
Go to the 10 biggest channels in your niche, find the hundreds of people in their comments asking buying questions the lazy creator ignored, reply "just sent the breakdown to your YouTube DMs so the spam filter doesn't eat the link" and run the same 3-message sequence on their traffic for $0
Look at what our clients were already pulling off on YouTube even before DMs dropped:
→ Inayah McMillan hit 1,185,797 views on our first video together (76x her channel average) with 2,000+ comments
→ RP Profits went from 8k → 47.9k subs with us and does ~$200k/mo organically
→ Clover Trading added +$100k in YouTube revenue in 90 days on a 10.3k-sub channel
→ One 539k-view video we made for Ethan Garland put 7,000+ people straight into his Discord
Now plug this 5-step YouTube DM machine underneath those same views and the numbers get stupid
We already have early access to YouTube DMs and we're building this entire system into our clients' channels right now

I included everything you need to consider, not only the problems of your actual content, but also thumbnails + ideas that you can execute now.
👇🏻A MUST WATCH if you run a trading/investing channel

Traders uploading YouTube Videos:
These content formats will EXPLODE your views
"Beginners SCALPING Full Guide"
"If You Master [CONCEPT], Trading [transformation]"
"If you Only Have [AMOUNT], do this [Timeframe]"
"I Finally Revealed My [OUTCOME][TIMEFRAME] Strategy (For Free)"
The last one is just recommended if you have +10k subs.
We ran it in Scott's channel, and it was INSANELY powerful in both frontend (views) and backend.
The dirtiest way to get 500,000+ views on YouTube is ripping stories from $20M founders on tiny podcasts that only got 300 views
Rich operators go on obscure industry podcasts every week and spill secrets people normally pay $25,000 a year in masterminds to hear
Because nobody watches those episodes, the transcripts are sitting in a public search engine waiting to be harvested:
When an 8-figure founder goes on a massive show with 500k listeners, he gives safe PR answers
When that same guy goes on his buddy's niche industry podcast that gets 280 views on YouTube, he relaxes and spends 45 minutes dropping his exact revenue numbers, customer acquisition costs, software stack, and legal loopholes
Almost nobody will ever hear that audio
Unless you know how to query the transcript database and repackage his story as your own YouTube video:
1. Go to listennotes. com or podscripts. co (they index word-for-word audio transcripts across millions of podcasts for free)
2. Search exact money phrases inside quotation marks to find guests dropping real numbers:
→ "we did $" + "a month"
→ "our profit margin is"
→ "cost per booked call"
→ "the loophole we used"
3. Look for episodes sitting under 1,000 views on YouTube where the guest is a legitimate operator in finance, e-commerce, software, real estate, or agencies
4. Rip the transcript and feed it into Claude with this packaging prompt:
"This is a raw podcast transcript where an operator explains how they [insert result]. Extract every specific number, tool name, chronological step, and counterintuitive mistake. Rewrite it into a fast-paced 12-minute YouTube script that opens with the biggest dollar anomaly in line 1 and holds the core mechanism until minute 4."
You walk on camera (or run a faceless breakdown) and look like an industry savant with insider case studies nobody else has seen
When we used this deep-extraction scripting method for Jordan Welch, a single script we wrote for him pulled 923,000 views and ~$16,700 in pure AdSense
When we ran our first script for Inayah McMillan, it hit 1,185,797 views on a channel that was averaging 15,454 views per upload (a 76.7x outlier on video #1)

I build YouTube channels that bring in clients on autopilot.

You only need 10 specific YouTube videos to pull $100,000 in 90 days from a tiny channel with 10,300 subscribers
We just ran this exact 10-video sequence for Clover Trading and watched 4,000-view uploads out-earn channels getting 2,000,000 views a month
Here is the exact 10-video buyer trap (& the prompt to build all 10 scripts in an afternoon):
Most people treat YouTube like a lottery ticket where you upload random ideas hoping one gets 500k views from broke teenagers
High-ticket channels treat YouTube like a 10-room IKEA store where a qualified buyer enters through any video, binges 3 uploads in a row (~45 minutes with your face and voice), and books a sales call with their credit card already out
Here are the exact 10 videos you put on the channel so every upload feeds the next one:
Videos 1-3: The "Costly Mistake" Interceptors
Catch people actively losing money or stuck at a revenue ceiling
→ "Why Your [Method] Stopped Working in 2026 (& The 15-Minute Fix)"
→ "The $10,000 Mistake 90% of [Target Audience] Make Before [Goal]"
→ "I Audited 50 [Niche] Setups: Here's Why 47 Were Losing Money"
Videos 4-6: The "Unredacted Case Study" Breakdowns
Prove your mechanism works on someone who looks just like the viewer
→ "How [Client Name] Went From [Painful Baseline] to $[Specific Number] in [Timeframe]"
→ "Inside a $[Number]/Month [System]: Full Screen-Share Breakdown"
→ "We Rebuilt a Dead [System] From Scratch in 14 Days (Exact Numbers)"
Videos 7-8: The "Free Implementation" Masterclasses
Give away the entire framework other people charge $2,000 for so they realize they want your team to run it for them
→ "The Complete [Year] Blueprint to [Outcome] (45-Minute Step-by-Step)"
→ "Copy My Exact $[Number]/Month [System] Setup (Templates Included)"
Videos 9-10: The "Buyer Comparison" Closers
Catch people who already decided to spend money this week and are comparing options
→ "3 Ways to [Achieve Outcome] in 2026: Ranked by Cost & Speed"
→ "Watch This Before You Spend $[Price] on [Industry Solution]"
At the end of every single video, your last 20 seconds points directly to one of the other 9 videos on the screen, and the first line of the description links to your booking page
Copy and paste this into Claude right now to map all 10 for your business:
"I sell [offer] at $[price] to [target buyer]. Their biggest costly frustration right now is [pain], and my best client result is [case study]. Build my 10-Video Buyer Trap using the 4 categories above: give me the exact clickable title, thumbnail text (max 4 words), and how each video bridges to the next one in the final 20 seconds."
At a $5,000 offer price, you need 20 buyers across 90 days to clear $100,000. That's 2 buyers per video
(if you're already doing $500k-$10M/yr and want my team to research, script, edit, package & run all 10 of these videos for you over the next 90 days, DM me "YOUTUBE" or check viralbangers. com)
It's funny how you can legally steal the entire curriculum of an $80,000/month paid community in 4 minutes and use it to print money on YouTube
Every paid group on Skool has a public preview page that leaks their exact classroom modules before you even enter a credit card
And almost nobody realizes what happens when you turn those modules into free videos:
Right now there are thousands of guys paying $99 to $299/month to sit inside private Skool groups for e-commerce, AI agencies, tax strategy, trading, and real estate
The owners of those groups spent years and $100k+ in ad spend figuring out the exact questions beginners will pay cash to solve
And you can rip their entire validated syllabus in 4 clicks:
1. Go to skool. com/discovery and pick a high-cashflow category (Business, Career, Tech, Finance)
2. Click any group in the top 50 that charges $49 to $199/month and has 500+ members (a group with 800 members at $99/mo is verified doing ~$80,000/month)
3. Click into their public preview & open the "Classroom" tab. They blur the actual video files to make you buy, and leave every single module name, week-by-week order, and lesson title completely visible as a sales pitch
4. Screenshot their entire Classroom tree and drop it into Claude with this prompt:
"Here is the exact paid curriculum of a $99/month community in [niche]. Turn each of these 6 modules into a 15-minute YouTube video script outline that gives away the actionable how-to steps for free, and position my [product/service/affiliate link] as the faster implementation tool at the 4-minute and 12-minute marks."
When you upload their $99/month curriculum on YouTube for free, two things happen at once:
First, every topic is already proven to attract people with credit cards in hand
Second, anyone searching for that community or topic finds your 18-minute free breakdown first, watches you give away the farm without holding back, and trusts you 10x more than the guy hiding basic info behind a paywall
That exact play (giving away the step-by-step implementation other people charge $97/mo for, then selling the high-ticket backend) is how we helped scale RP Profits from 8,000 to 47.9k subscribers and ~$200,000/month organically from YouTube
