Completely indebted to the amazing staff on EAU ward @ Salford Royal - a selfless team who put me back together after suffering a heart attack at the weekend. As scary as it gets but they were there to hold my hand 🥹❤️ Feeling very grateful and VERY lucky!

. @BoltonUnitedFC 1-3 @boothstownfc Poor start let us down today, two quick goals killed us. The lads put up a real fight in the second half, should be proud. Well done to Boothstown! Very organised side, good luck for the season! Goalscorer: @SakeelAbdullah #BUFC

No spoilers here, wouldn’t want to ruin this! Suffice to say, one of the most entertaining games I’ve seen for some time. Atherton Charity Shield SF between @boltoncountyfc and @boothstownfc of the @THEMCRFL Prem & D1 respectively: youtu.be/gjZiaPpbeAQ
