Last night, I was training at this old school powerlifting gym when a guy pulled me aside to tell me what he thought about my back development. He said I have one of the best backs he has ever seen, male or female. That was a lovely compliment. 🥰 My back is outstanding! Good genetics, my consistency, and training to pull 700 pounds off the ground. 💁🏾‍♀️ My back is changing with this new program I’m on, and I feel blessed. Everything is pretty and strong. My favorites right now are my traps and forearms. My forearms are getting huge like Popeye. El oh el! 💪🏾 My traps are intergalactic. From another planet. And that’s where I go, mentally and spiritually, to channel the energy I need to build my body. So it is what it is. ✨ Continue to follow my journey over these next eight months leading up to my next meet. Don’t you all love a good body transformation? #bigmarse #prettyandstrong #intergalactictraps #popeyeforearms #backdevelopment #musclemami #womenwhopowerlift #strongwomen #bodytransformation #roadtothenextmeet
