before: i added every idea to the todo list now: i only keep the ones i still care about after a night the list is shorter. i still ignore it

finished a tiny thing today for Humanish, the tool that drafts my replies on X. small change, but it's the kind i'd keep putting off if i didn't just do it

cron schedule or webhook trigger for a small n8n flow? i lean cron because it's easier to reason about, though i'm not sure that holds once the flow gets busy

before i start a new n8n flow i write what it should do in one line in the first node's name. it stuck because i can't hide behind a vague plan anymore

a "why did this email get that reply" button for review-reply tools should exist. it would save owners guessing whether the tone was off or the input was

if you could keep only one n8n node type, which one? i'd keep the code node, mostly because it fixes whatever the other nodes can't

One tap and a draft is shorter, funnier, more direct, or softer. Paste what someone said to you into Reply back and get an answer in your voice. And the checker is free: paste any reply and see how AI it sounds.

update: Wow 1,500 followers now. still no trick. this is now a running thread. every week i'll add the real numbers (the flat weeks too) and the routine behind them, so you can try it and see if it works for you mine took 81 days to get to 1,000. the next 500 took 25

thinking of making a tiny tool that tells you if anyone actually used your free calculator this week. not sure if a plain count is enough or people want to see where they came from

i think most n8n flows should have one fewer node than you first drew. every extra node seems to be another place for a weird result to hide

a beginner in ai seo would write more pages. a veteran would fix the one page that already gets looked at. i lean beginner, fixing old stuff is boring

how do you know when a claude code session has drifted far enough to just restart it? i watch for it re-explaining things i already settled, but that's a late sign

some solo founders plan the whole thing in a doc first. others open the editor and figure it out on the way. i lean editor, though the doc people seem to rewrite less

my guess: the next boring n8n flow people pay for is just "read the inbox, sort it, draft the replies". could easily be wrong, it's what keeps showing up in the threads i read

how NovaKit Real Estate works: 1. you send a voice note 2. you add the photos 3. it turns both into a property listing my guess is the voice note breaks first. people ramble, and a rambling note is a messy listing

the agents people call smart are usually the ones fed the least. my guess is less stuff to get confused by, so fewer weird turns

a tiny "what changed since yesterday" view for n8n should exist. would save me scrolling old executions trying to remember what i touched
