Would this not be the terra preta, or dark earth, referenced in Pearce's book? ID'd by Brazilian academics in the Amazon around pre-Columbian human settlements & since found in Liberia, Ghana, Chad & Boneo etc thereby not a recent European practice?

Maybe something useful in Laloux's work 'Reinventing Organizations', focused on the next stage of human consciousness in orgs (moving from Red to Teal). Principles can readily apply outside of orgs to any group or collective.

So, I headed 2 the local hospital armed with 43 roses, one for every year of my life, & stood outside the Women & Children's building gifting them 2 staff. A small gesture 2 counteract the fear. Fear for those who'd come to suffer the greatest. & here we are #CostOfLivingCrisis
