Revisiting Audre Lorde’s Uses of the Erotic and now my main takeaway is that you should give credence to your intuition and your desire. That you should utilize them in the pursuit of self-realization and happiness because the systems that be aren’t the only way of life.

I've accepted the fact that I'm a quiet, somewhat shy, and reserved human being. I've tried to be extroverted, and it always comes off as awkward....or I get bad reactions. It's not the best way to be, but it's who I am and that's okay.
