@AmericanAir I can not believe that lack of service experienced today while waiting to travel to New Orleans!!!! Being told to wait 10 more minutes three consecutive times - then told
that flight would be delayed and other 2 hours is ridiculous!

To move EDI forward, policies and legislation must be implemented with ACCOUNTABILITY- we need to be able to speak about Anti-Black racism - even if it makes some people uncomfortable!
