A discussion that I don’t hear happening in Canadian healthcare that should be: AI ECG models like @PMcardioApp already *clearly* outperform most docs in interpretation, particularly non-cardiologists - and in Canada, initial reads are almost all non-cardiology.
When do we start testing and teaching use of these tools as part of appropriate clinical workups in ER? When do we start mandating their use? We should be there already IMHO. #canada #healthcare
