I have no words. How does this game just keep getting better? This is the second time ever that I've cried during a boss. lol The first time was during a Khazan fight. Just being so taken aback by the story and the music that played. This was one of the most fun fights ever.
I don't get the things I'm reading about Phantom Blade Zero in the lack of inputs. They're showing abilities tied to the weapons and saying it's one input, like, yeah? That's not the first game to have weapon abilities? It's still challenging and super fun. I love it so much.
I am utterly in love with this game. Gosh I am so giddy I could cry. It's everything I wanted and more. Optional bosses are incredibly fun and difficult, I do not get what the 'too easy' complaints were about. I feel right at home. 42 attempts and counting with a certain optional
Listening to metal as I pin many many meters of lace on a pretty white dress for my baby girl, Alice, in Dressmaker isn't how I would've anticipated spending my evenings. hahaha It's a nice change of pace from my typical boss fight loving gaming sessions, tbh. PB0 soon though!!!
The absolute sweetest thing I've seen in a long time.🥹This is what gaming should be about. I'm glad it's so successful, and I even bought it myself. It's a wonderful work of art and labor of love.
The viral Steam game Dressmaker began with something far more personal than a game idea.
Sabrina Becker had always loved sewing and costume design, even making the dress she wore on her first date with developer Jonathan Hau-Yoon.
Her hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome eventually made sewing much harder because of how physically demanding it can be. “I had to take a break from it for a while because of the health condition that I have; it can sometimes make sewing really difficult,” she explained.
Jonathan created Dressmaker so Sabrina could explore the hobby she loved in a more physically accessible way. “It was a way for me to explore that interest and passion more accessibly,”
When her health allows, Sabrina also helps design and curate the clothing and aesthetics, and playtests the game. Her love of clothing is what inspired Jonathan to make it.
This is the biggest gaming news to me in a long time. I am sooo excited to play it through again. Had been wanting to for a while anyway, and this will be AMAZING!
Are your swords oiled up and sharpened? Potions brewed? Roach saddled? It’s time to face Eredin and his entourage once again!

You may as well have just one health bar, your shell, in #MortalShell2 endgame since Harbinger gets one tapped by anything vs these bosses. LOL I love it though.
Those are some very cool sticks. I immediately started imagining what kinds of weapons they could be. lol
