This one killed me with laughter. After returning from his fifth trip to South Africa since coming back to power in 2025, Malawi's President Peter Mutharika was asked, with a heavy dose of sarcasm, by one of his own staffers whether he had missed Malawians 🤣🤣🤣 "By the way, your Excellency, Malawians missed you. Did you miss them too,” she asked. The 86-year-old leader has spent so much time in South Africa on so-called "private visits" that Malawians are now asking whether the country is being governed from Lilongwe or from Johannesburg. On this visit alone, he was away for a whole month. Each trip comes with no explanation, no itinerary and no word on how long he will be away. Even the people around the President are now joking about how rarely he is home.🤣🤣🤣
