@JaguarCanada Last summer the CEL for my CAT to be replaced came on while under warranty. Code was cleared and now is back and needs replacement out of warranty. I have full documentation of the issue. Jaguar will not cover the cost even though it was known under warranty #help

Warranty for this part runs out at 130,000KM which I was under. Attached is the work order. To me it seems like it was an attempt to not cover an expensive fix under warranty

It has been a month now.. my vehicle has been sitting because I get a message that the vehicle will not start again in X kilometers unless the issue is fixed.
