'Here with me' for Quietus Machine; a group show by @neort_io together with @takenstheorem and @satoshi_aizawa showing today at Art Blocks Gallery in Marfa. The machine senses its own temperature and the radio signals drifting through the space around it. When a person enters the same room, their body warms the air as heat, and their device emits radio signals in search of a connection. The machine reads these two things, the warming air and the approaching signals, as traces of someone being there, and takes them as the source of its generation. Thanks to the people of NEORT++ for the invitation and wish I could be there in person! 🌵
