Surely if all clubs can spend what they like it will create a further gap between those who have state owners and the rest of the league. It will become like the SPL. All it will do is let Newcastle and city compete every year.

Vini junior wouldn't be a good fit for Liverpool. He literally asked and didn't go to the Ballon Dór event because he didn't win the award.
