Fall is a beautiful time of year. A few things to remember. Historically and culturally, the changing colors of fall serve as a powerful metaphor for human life. 🍂Embracing Change: Fall reminds us that change can be beautiful and that letting go of the old is a necessary, graceful part of life's cycle. 🍂Reflection and Harvest: Historically a time to gather crops, autumn prompts personal reflection on what we have cultivated and harvested throughout the year. 🍂Preparation and Rest: The season signals a transition into a quieter, more introspective period of rest and rejuvenation before future growth. Be kind.
