I won't disagree that keeping the Royals keeps economic activity in the City, but it is not new economic activity. We are simply transferring economic activity from one area of the City to another. What is the cost and who benefits? /1

After @rogersforKC introduced a sloppily-written ordinance to weaken KCMO's energy code and a shady last-minute committee re-assignment, City Council's Neighborhood, Planning and Dev. committee will hear the ordinance NOW.
