Obama is asking the questions Ive asked. Why would we allow this to become acceptable? This applies to any political leader who misleads, lies, bullies and insults their constituents. Don’t make excuses- turf them.
Attended a town hall on health care. Stories shared of excruciating long wait times & health care uncertainty were heart wrenching. TY @nenshi, @shoffmanAB and @luanne_metz for coming to #yql & listening to residents. You’re motivated by Albertans for all Albertans, and it shows.
I get the sense Danielle has no idea what the municipal order of government is for. It’s not a department of the provincial government.
Albertans thought that Danielle Smith grabbing their Canada Pension Plan (CPP) was bad enough, but the hunger grows.
Now UCP is also eyeing your property taxes.

Danielle Smith’s comments today on YouTube about her proposed amendments to the Alberta Bill of Rights are nothing but desperate virtue signalling over issues that she thinks will help her leadership review.
Canadians’ fundamental human rights are protected by the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and this, or any, Provincial bill does not override this.
The Premier’s constant playing to her base isn’t just irritating, it has real consequences. For example, she’s focused on people who refuse to get a vaccine. She is not focused on parents who want the best care for their kids or for those struggling with mental health and addiction who continue to lack access to critical services.
Albertans aren’t focused on these “priorities,” Premier.
They care about the cost of groceries in a province where inflation is consistently over the national average. They care about decent jobs in a province with the highest unemployment outside of Atlantic Canada. They care about our crumbling health care and education systems.
We look forward to debating these priorities with you anytime, not hearing random announcements on pre-recorded videos.

To those who asked why many didn’t like the education announcement. Here is the answer edmontonjournal.com/opinion/…
This!
POWERFUL... 🤌🏼
🟥 Mark Carney: “When politicians (like Pierre Poilievre) claim our great democracies are broken, it's not because they want to FIX them. It's because they want a license to DEMOLISH...
It's a model that has been USED time and time again: Create an external constraint to STARVE the beast of government, in a misguided view that SLASHING will lead to growing...
...When Poilievre shouts 'axe the tax!', he's really whispering, 'can the plan' and leaving us with NOTHING.
Demolition is NOT a plan.” 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
