Literally spent 20 mins trying to sign up for Apple TV+. Tried it on my TV, iPhone and iPad. Got stuck in different loops on each device due to T&Cs & Payment info while trying to sign up for the trial. Finally had to break out the computer to get it to work. #Disappointed
Spent an hour on the phone with @westelm customer service. Agent and agent supervisor tried to convince me that I wasn't entitled to a delivery fee refund for an item that wasn't delivered. #SoDisappointed #PoorCustomerSerivce

Seriously the Brady GOAT stuff is out there. But I’m confident that If Montana played in that game today he would’ve won by four TDS.

Thread: “Fake it til you make it” is a key strategy for overcoming the chicken-and-egg problem of starting a new marketplace, popularized by companies like Uber and Yelp. The idea is to bootstrap one side of the marketplace inorganically in order to attract the other side.

Just signed up for @Runkeeper Go. Really disappointed that the initial screen is empty. With all the data they have, I figured they would be able to show something. I’m also disappointed with their charts. It’s basic at best. #CanceledSubscription

How long does it take to build a habit? 21 days? 30 days? 66 days?
The honest answer is: forever. Because once you stop doing it, it is no longer a habit.
A habit is a lifestyle to be lived, not a finish line to be crossed. Make small, sustainable changes you can stick with.

Bezos, like most other humans, has flaws. But does anyone remember when he was sending annual letters to his shareholders/customers pleading with them to stay with him as he built something great? 20 years later....it's important to be a CEO who can write. bit.ly/2Iir5tm
