This funnel we built booked 57 calls in 62 days.
Another did $2M in 30 days.
I packaged the system behind both, and I'm giving away the whole thing.
Because the fix to your ad funnel is far easier than you think...
Most do NOT fail on design or tech.
They fail because they ignore how a stranger actually decides to buy.
That’s why, before we write a line of copy:
• We pull 10+ sales-call transcripts
• Lift the buyer's own words.
• Make the page read back the exact language your best buyers already use
Then your ad matches your page, and your page matches your nurture.
When you break that congruency, that’s where the leaks start to appear.
So I put the entire system responsible for our most PROFITABLE funnels ever, into one doc.
Inside, you get:
1. Our research process: pull 10+ sales-call transcripts and lift buyer language word-for-word into your copy
2. The 3 funnel structures that print on cold traffic (Call, VSL, Webinar) and the congruency rule that stops the leaks
3. The 5-email pre-framing sequence (plus confirmation-page videos) that DOUBLES show-up rates
4. The CRM decision tree that touches every lead so nothing slips
5. The full tool stack and daily workflow we run
Comment "FUNNEL" and I'll DM you the whole thing.

As much as we'd like to say we built the biggest AI Store funnel in the entire world (which we rightfully did)
Their success is a combination of 3 different things:
- The right offer
- The right traffic
- The right funnel.
Nothing works in isolation when it comes to paid advertising
You can overcompensate on one end but for you to scale there has to be equilibrium throughout the funnel
Very proud of the team over at AI store builder, they have achieved that.

I guarantee that if you use revenue callouts in your ads you’re 100% attracting broke people
I’ll tell you a quick story
A client of mine told me this…
"Dude, the problem is just the messaging because we sell to really wealthy people."
He sells a $30K-60K a year program
He'd tried a bunch of agencies before
And they all basically did the same thing
Used big revenue callouts to filter for the right people
You know, "Do you want to scale to 8 figures.", "For founders doing $1M+", “Coaches & consultants over $100K/mo” etc
And every single time it pulled in the exact opposite of the type of person he wanted
I kid you not…THIS IS BY FAR the most common problem I get from the people I speak to
“We’re getting broke leads”
“We’re just getting the wrong type of leads”
14 of the last 25 sales calls I’ve taken have all been the same issue
And most of them were doing the same thing
Trying to "qualify for rich people" inside the ad by throwing in big numbers that they “think will resonate with rich people”
But here's what actually happens
The person who's already at $1M+ in revenue doesn't care that you just put that number in the ad
They don’t feel anything when you say it
They care MORE about whether you understand their situation & whether you can uncover something that they did not know
Meanwhile the guy barely making anything sees "7 figures" and thinks "yeah I want to get there"
So these types of leads book in a call but they’re not in the situation of your ideal prospect and neither do they have the capital to afford the solution
So on November 3rd @ 2PM ET I'm doing a free live masterclass showing you how to fix this exact problem
-> Why revenue callouts & qualifying for rich people in your ads attract broke people
-> How to describe your buyer's situation so the right people book and the wrong ones scroll past
-> The NEW type of ad that meta wants you to make right now
-> How to qualify on your form without killing your volume when you're at low spend
It's for you if you sell a high ticket service, info product or software and you're running (or about to run) paid ads
It's limited to 100 spots because that’s the max capacity of the zoom room
I've got 18,000+ followers across all socials so that's about 0.5% of my audience
Once 100 people register it automatically closes down.

The call funnel that prints for a $10K offer will bleed you dry at $2K.
Same ads. Same page. Same closer.
The only thing that changed is the price. And the price decides which funnel you should be running.
At $2K, every booked call has to be paid for out of a much smaller sale. Most people never break even. Then they conclude paid ads don't work for their offer.
A lot of the time, they’re just running a funnel built for somebody else’s price.
So I mapped the whole decision onto one board, with a video walkthrough.
It’s the same one we use when deciding what funnel to run for every offer we build.
Inside:
> The 7-point offer check to run before you pick ANY funnel (fail it and no funnel will save you)
> The funnel for your offer price: under $1K, $1K–$3K, $3K–$10K and $10K+
> When a webinar beats a call funnel, and the one thing that kills webinar show ups
> Why a challenge only makes sense at $10K+
> The numbers to watch for each funnel type
> Software: free trial vs card up front vs demo call
Follow + comment “GUIDE” and I’ll send it over.

My team can churn out winning cold traffic landing pages in beautiful deep REM sleep because we've done this over 200+ times and we know what makes a funnel work
Problem is most people underestimate the value of a landing page, so they:
- make up a headline
- Make up some body copy
- Throw some sections on the page
While ignoring that the landing page is the SECOND most important component after your ads
You CANNOT guess your way through it, you need to understand what works and why.
This is why most of our pages start making money day one
I see people sell books and run their traffic to shitty funnels that don't convert
We built this funnel for Nero Knowledge's $29 book "Outsmarting Reality" and made $388,000 in the first 60 days ONLY
Make better funnels.

Let's scale.
7 things that kill your show rate on cold traffic
1 - Your ads speak to the wrong type of person so they flat out don't show up
2 - Your offer isn't exciting to the prospect
3 - You say the same thing as everyone else so no reason to show up
4 - You depend on your backend email flows
5 - Your sales team isn't proactively dialing leads
6 - You're sending generic followups to "remind them of the call"
7 - Your calendar availability is too tight so people book very far away into the future and lose urgency
Don't lie to yourself about demand
The demand exists for your product, you just need the correct positioning to sweep up that demand
But without the proper framework, you cannot do this.
It simply will not work and you will burn money on ads
The ONLY reason it's working on this offer is that we took the time to find the correct positioning to go with
Calls with actual interested buyers started flooding on day one

Relying on calendly reminders or your "backend email flows" to get people to show up is a mistake.
Unless you're spending $1000+ per day
That literally does not matter AT ALL
Hire setters to dial your leads from day 1
- dial within 1-3 minutes
- send personalized text based on their application
- do a mini discovery to get them engaged before the call
If you do this and get anything below a 60% show rate DM me I'll send you $100.
