some people don’t understand that creator burnout isn’t just “working too much”: - it’s feeling like you always have to be “on” - always thinking about numbers - wondering if disappearing for a few days will make people forget about you - turning every hobby into content ideas - feeling guilty whenever you rest - convincing yourself you’re lazy even after working nonstop for weeks ... people see the streams, the videos, and the tweets, but they don’t see the pressure of feeling like your relevance has an expiration if you start to slow down.

streaming is weird... one day you feel incredible and the next you’re like: “does anyone even care?” and you still hit go live anyway 🫡

creators don’t just “make content”... we pour energy, emotion, creativity, time, and patience into things that people consume in seconds. you’re doing more than enough 🤍
