What would actually put $HBAR in the top 10?
Not another pilot. Not another “enterprise interest” headline. A production integration with the infrastructure that already holds the assets.
Hashgraph (the team behind Hedera) joined the DTCC’s Digital Assets Solutions Industry Working Group in late October. DTCC sits on roughly $30 trillion in potentially eligible assets (equities, ETFs, Treasuries). They’re already running a tokenization service and have previously acquired a firm that built on Hedera tech. Hedera’s codebase is now under the Linux Foundation as Project Hiero, and Hashgraph is contributing expertise on private networks (HashSphere), cross-ledger interoperability (CLPR), and tokenization platforms.
The speculative but plausible next step: DTCC formally supports Hedera (or HashSphere-connected instances) as one of the networks for tokenized DTC-held securities. That means real settlement volume, not a working-group seat. Even a small slice of post-trade activity moving to predictable, USD-priced, 3–5 second finality rails would force the market to reprice HBAR from “quiet enterprise chain” to “regulated settlement layer.”
Current market cap is ~$3B. Top 10 right now sits roughly in the $20B–$50B range depending on the day. A genuine DTCC production integration would be the kind of catalyst that can drive that multiple over a 12–24 month window, especially if broader crypto risk appetite returns. The fee model still means value only accrues if volume is large and sustained, but this is one of the few paths where the volume can actually be large.
Other chains are still pitching tokenization. Hedera is already in the room where the standards are being written. If that seat turns into settlement, the ranking conversation changes.
Speculative. Not financial advice. But this is the adoption path that has the clearest line to a top-10 market cap.

This Muslim woman was forced to marry by her father at age 14 to a man who was 29 years old
She says she has to listen to everything he says, do chores, can’t work, can’t get an education, if she speaks out she’s beaten (she says this is how it is in Islam)
She got pregnant and had a child
If you remove the religion label of this, and relook at this situation, you’d realize this is actually called kidnapping, assault, rape and slavery
But because it’s women in Islam it’s expected and encouraged
This isn’t some far off in the past thing that happened a long time ago, this is happening to Muslim women right now in 2026
We can’t let this come to America
