My second NFT was minted on the day i sold my first NFT. It stayed up for about a week before selling for the same price of 1ETH. I had no idea what i was doing so was just listing for set prices instead of doing an auction.
The animation itself was made just after we had entered the first lockdown and i wanted to riff on that idea of being quarantined. If you look closely you can see a whole bunch of toilet roll stored away in the upper right of the phone as people were going nuts about hoarding toilet roll for some reason.

While I've been skeptical about the open edition for a while, my perspective shifted when @coinbase and @CozomoMedici shared their vision.
Our aim isn't to create new hype within our bubble; instead, it's about onboarding new frens into the world of digital art collecting. And we're doing this through Coinbase's new chain, Base, where anyone can mint through their credit card—making the mint price super affordable so we can welcome our normie frens as much as possible. This means I am finally having my IRL frens to own my art.
A step forward to a New Era.

i think fundamentally the NFT pfps doing dilutive drops recently made one key mistake (and it’s not the art):
you don’t do drops like that during the middle of a bear. there is no one to join
you only do them in the middle of a raging bull, when people are clamoring to join
