Mrs @PartonToffee came with us today to visit Mrs @emmameaden1 - we went for a lovely walk to the top of Primrose Hill (see views attached) then to a cafe where the staff were very generous with treats & had comfortable feet to sit on. No rain & it was lovely to see Miss Emma ❤️

With all the talk about emergency prep, Mum has made a foster bag for me as living on her own, if she was taken ill then whoever takes me in would have a week of food and some bits like a towel, holiday bowl, a sheepskin & a throw as well as a page about me & who my vet is etc

Wet walk this morning but dry this evening but no lovely sun. We saw a buzzard (Mum thinks) hovering & then Mum spotted deer so put me on the lead - apparently they were watching us, I could smell where they’d come from!

Some pics from my lovely 6 mile walk today - Shelley uses a 3m pole to get drone like effect for a video then Mum takes stills from the video. So sunny but a real flappy ear day. I’m having a Sunday siesta now!

Fireworks! What on earth? Raining & ages til Bonfire night.

Excuse the language but Mum loves this description of today’s weather, as described by one of her racing friends - It’s pissistent rain! She’s adding it to her vocab. [Fun fact - she had a horse she called PD once, because the weather was the same as today when she bought him.]

Just add dinner, a bit later but breakfast will be a bit later Mum says, and I have just done my first post-dinner zoomies since we lost Trudy - this seems to have pleased Mum a lot!

Just a thought that struck Mum last night - lots in media about cost of vet bills but my dental yesterday was less than Mum’s root canal last year - even with no VAT being charged on human dental work & with her 10% discount for treatment as she is on BUPA Smile programme.

I’m back. I had to have 3 teeth’s out - furthest 2 top molars which are difficult to clean & one lower premolar which was cracked & showing signs of infection in one root. Seems like hooMum I may be prone to periodontal disease! She is ordering me a supersonic toothbrush!

Mum left me at 8am at the new vet hospital our practice has opened - I went off with the lovely nurse bouncing & wagging my tail for my dental - Mum is in bits as she hates leaving me at the vet & has that stupid what if it’s the last time she sees me feeling 🙄
