Training ⛑️ The Rope Technicians spent the day at Barmouth Slabs looking at abseiling and ascending techniques. It’s essential that the team can move up or down the rock face quickly and safely during a rescue to enable them to access a casualties location. [Cymraeg i ddilyn]

Training ⛑️ Last night's training scenario was an injured runner on difficult terrain below Cadair Idris, accompanied by a distressed family member who also had a minor injury. It is important for the team to consider the bigger picture on rescues.
