In sujood during salah recite 11× durud ibrahimi and then say Ya Rehman Ya Raheem or any names of Allah that you like (e.g. Ya Wahab, Ya Momin, Ya Razzaq) as many times as you can, add any dua you want, and then 11× durud ibrahimi again. The key is sincerity and faith. Trust me.
