a dog got shot and killed near us. super sad and upsetting. the outrage understandably is high. however the fact some asshole threw his kids off a building to kill them and “mental health issues” is being used as an excuse is insane. burn in hell.
the thing that terrifies me with this is that i feel like people are now thinking like, if shit gets bad just take out the fam. that’s what everyone’s doing. NO! IF SHIT GETS BAD GET HELP AND HAVE YOUR CHILDREN STAY WITH FAMILY WHILE YOU GET HELP. do not do anything to the kids
the penguins are now the pirates. they do good things that you can’t bitch about while the team sucks ass.
A meaningful impact for those who have served our country 🇺🇸
Tonight's 50/50 Raffle helped the @pensfoundation & @forgiveco_pbc eliminate $1 million in medical debt for local veterans, building on the NHL’s Operation Line Shift initiative!
this country is fucked. were painting lindsay clancy and the guy in mt lebanon as victims of mental health. the victims are the fucking children they killed. lindsay clancy is a murder. so is patrick lynch. evil pieces of shit.

Most people yelling at me about this haven't actually read the column. So here's a short version:
For the past year, polls have shown that a clear majority of baseball fans wants want a salary cap -- sometimes as high as 79 percent. This means most fans will *not* be on the players' side during the lockout. For most, it's about competitive balance. It has nothing to do with being "pro owners" or "anti-labor."
As I point out in the column, I don't feel sorry the owners at all. That would be silly.
But because most fans want a cap, players will have a hard to selling themselves as the good guys when refusing a system in which the top players could still make $50 million+ while the *minimum* salary would be $1 million for most players. A fan making $22 an hour and struggling to pay bills doesn't want to hear that those amounts just aren't enough. sportandstate.com/2026/11/04…
the people who said years ago that lamar will never be able to hold playing the style of quarterback that he does were right. props to those people.
