In case anyone is looking for a reputable insurance company Do Not go with State Farm, they are anything but a good neighbor. We have tried twice to get our roof fixed and have had three roofers take pictures of the hail damage and no help from Statw Farm. #statefarm

This is so true. I think I might just take a poll on the amount of ppl having issues with @statefarm. Just got off the phone w/their agent saying “we haven’t been able to get a hold of our insured client, so I’m going to deny your claim, now.” After 5mos of runaround and silence
Correct, won’t help when car is broken into and won’t help when roof leaks…

So my home flooded a week ago from the water heater leaking. Apparently it happened early and by the time we got home 75% of my home was flooded. I’m living in a catastrophe and nobody at my insurance company cares. I got a claim # then silence. @StateFarm #statefarmsucks
They also don’t replace leaky roofs…

@StateFarm my car still isnt being worked on. What’s the point of having insurance if you refuse to pay to have the care repaired properly?

Change insurance ASAP, we are. We have a tarp on our roof and they STILL say it doesn’t need repairs. Same insurance I’ve had for over 27 years & this is how we’re treated

We used our tools to fix our water damage ourselves because we got sick of waiting for a response for the only claim we have ever made in our lives. Not happy we are STILL waiting from Oct. 12. Get lots of tools 🥺😳
