ok safe to say binance is pwned The biggest assets were approximately: • 1.615B USDT • 62.6M RLUSD • 29,934 wBETH • 11,372 XAUt • 6.19M UNI • 198.4M ENA • 7.175T PEPE • 27.8M USD1 • 2.26M LINK • 127,853 AAVE about $2.5B at the explorer’s prices. 1. The attacker deployed a delegate contract, 0x63e842b0...73e9c6fAe, from the relayer at 15:59 UTC. 2. About four hours later, the relayer submitted an EIP-7702 authorization transaction That installed the malicious 7702 delegate code on Binance 14. 3. The relayer then made a call to Binance 14, executing the delegate code, and transferring Binance 14’s ETH and token balances. 4. The calldata is labeled sweep(address, address[]). The second argument is a list of recognizable token-contract addresses plus the zero-address (eth). 5. The same relayer later used the same delegate to move 780M USDC from Binance Hot Wallet 34 into the same pool • The relayer 0x7C... was funded by three Tornado Cash 0.1 ETH withdrawals over the prior two days. • The same pool also received 28,005.6 ETH from Binance 16 24 seconds after the main sweep. • The pool then forwarded 195,460 ETH to a fresh, unlabeled EOA • That EOA has only one transaction and currently holds the 195,460 ETH. What's a bit unclear is why the relayer was needed in the first place. If they had the private keys to the Binance wallets, they could have just sent the assets out in an atomic bundle without needing a relayer at all. So it seems likely that they didn't have the private keys and instead just had the 7702 auth signatures, which must have been phished somehow. I think we can go ahead and assume DPRK.

enterprise stablecoins won't win on brand. they'll win on rails, redemption certainty, and a trust UX a CFO can explain without a Discord glossary. boring volume beats novelty threads.

$1B AUM in exactly 10 months for the @Bitwise Solana Staking ETF 🔥
The Bitwise Solana Staking ETF, BSOL, just crossed $1 billion AUM—exactly 10 months after its launch. Most of the approximately $1 billion of inflows have come in a bear market, an impressive indication of investor conviction. Grateful to investors for trusting Bitwise to steward their investment. Capital markets are coming onchain, and Solana’s just getting started.

🚨 Last night, the Internet Computer network withstood a widespread, AI-enabled attack, which involved hundreds of canisters using malformed Wasm modules. In advance of ICP cloud engines, Open SaaS, Intelligence Gateway, and MULTI/DEX, we are seeing a rising tide of attacks. As many ICP community members have pointed out, a legion of trolling and FUD accounts have now appeared on social media, often repeating exactly the same poisonous messages, over and over, en masse. The posts of the trolls trace back to agency paymasters, who themselves have received money from somebody. Obviously, whoever is funding this has no place in the tech industry, but sadly some people in the crypto industry see themselves as belonging to something else. The well-funded organizations behind these attacks are not interested in making the world a better place by developing game-changing technology. They are only interested in extracting easy money through snakeoil narratives and scams that our industry still has not gathered the strength to end — they are vampires that prey on the ignorance of token buyers, and they attack anything that might disrupt the status quo by showing people the light of real technology. These tell themselves they are just crypto bros playing the crypto game. However, paying for, or organizing, attacks on public infrastructure, even at arms length, is a serious criminal act, which also reflects who they really are. We want to know who is behind these attacks, and ask for help. DFINITY will offer rewards to those who can help us unmask the criminals, and bring them to justice. These guys need to be doxxed. Thank you for your attention in this, and thank you to the ICP community that stands with the network 💪

if you sold pump because of ansem's launchpad you are wrong this is how the launchpad works and how both $PUMP and $ANSEM benefit - they are @Pumpfun tokens, so $PUMP gets fees - tokens that pay GOLD/DIAMOND tier burn $ANSEM - all launches require airdropping 3.00% (minimum) of supply to ANSEM holders this is in PUMP's interest to work cause the more volume ansem's launchpad gets, the more fees PUMP collects & more trading volume ansem gets its a pretty nice flywheel for both tokens, something I haven't seen yet work so have a good feeling about it

Sonic User Fund Recovery Portal Is Now Live! Following the recent Sonic DEX exploit, we have launched a dedicated User Fund Recovery Portal for community members whose liquidity was affected by the incident. The portal allows eligible users to connect the ICP wallet they used to provide liquidity and verify their positions based on our pre-drain snapshot of Sonic LP holders. How it works Connect the wallet you used to provide liquidity on Sonic DEX. Your wallet principal is matched against our pre-drain LP snapshot. Your affected liquidity positions will be displayed for verification. Submit your claim through the portal for review and recovery. Safe & Read-Only: Connecting your wallet to the portal is read-only. It does not request transaction signatures, approvals, or access to move your funds. Supported Wallets: Plug • Internet Identity • NFID • OISY • Bitfinity • Stoic • AstroX • MSQ Important : This recovery portal is exclusively for affected user funds. Our team will verify submitted claims against the pre-drain on-chain records and process eligible recoveries according to the recovery program. We understand the importance of getting affected users through this process as smoothly as possible and will continue to provide updates as the recovery program progresses. Would be a great movement if you guys could make it happen. All the best team .
We just simplified getting paid in Stablecoins in India. I was a web3 freelancer in India. Got paid $4000 USDC. Instant. To my wallet. No SWIFT. No 5 days wait & sending invoices and FIRC requests to the Forex department of your local bank account. Then my CA asks for the FIRC. And there wasn’t one. This is a quiet problem nobody building “crypto payments for India” is talking about. Here’s what actually happens when you get paid in stablecoins: The payment is the easy part. USDC lands in seconds. Near zero fees. Amazing! The conversion is where it breaks. To turn USDC into INR today, ppl usually route it through an exchange or a P2P service. The rupees hit your account, but with no record they came from a foreign client. And that’s why people end up with frozen bank accounts or worse VDA tax notices. India has sent over 44000 VDA notices this year alone. Just because your income did not arrive the way the law expects it to. That's the gap. Getting paid in USDC was never the hard part. Getting it into your bank, documented, FEMA & GST ready was. So we built the missing piece. Stablecorp now pays out USDC straight to your INR bank account — and generates your FIRA automatically on every transfer. Same speed as crypto. Same paper trail as a SWIFT wire. Your foreign earnings land as what they actually are: export of services, fully documented. Over half a million freelancers & remote founders have clients in the US, UK & EU. We are making every one of those payments instant & compliant. We are opening this to a small batch of users. 0 fees for everyone in it. Want it before we go public? Dm me & I will add you to the list!

Indian telecom Reliance is sabotaging access to Telegram for millions of users OUTSIDE India (including the UAE) via a rogue method called BGP hijacking. The sabotage seems intentional, as Reliance has ignored multiple reports. This may be part of a competitive war, as Reliance is partially owned by Meta — the company behind WhatsApp. Network operators are advised to reject unauthorized BGP announcements from Reliance (AS18101) to prevent route hijacks and ensure stable Internet access for their users. Such abuse of global Internet routing is alarming. I wouldn’t be surprised if Reliance/WhatsApp were also behind the recent lobbying effort to ban Telegram in India.
