The day after she made this post, she was found dead
Hsin-Ju was one of the nicest people I met and made this industry feel inclusive
May you rest in peace @hsinju 💜
1/ gm. gm. Name is Hsin-Ju.
I have a dark, kinda tragic personal announcement.
I've decided I'd rather take $0 than accept a settlement that requires me to stay silent about what happened to me. I have since fired my lawyers at @sanfordheisler & will be releasing all the evidence from my time @hack_vc on Wed 8/26.
INTRO: I've been in crypto for 9 years. Most recently I was a partner & head of platform @hack_vc which is a $600-700M crypto VC firm. Many of you may know me from my time as Head of Growth at @StellarOrg in 2017 (worked w/ the Mt. Gox founder), @Solana in 2018 (joined under ~10 ppl, but quit before my cliff), & @Fhenix in 2024. Or have attended one of my @DystopiaLabs ETH events (2019-now).
Last year, I was forced to work through a serious medical emergency while at @Hack_VC due to threats by @alpackaP @dbulaevsky, saying that they would blacklist me from the space if I quit before finishing the hacksummit conference & side events that I was helping with during @kbwofficial. I was working 13-14hr days, 6 days a week, sleeping 0-4 hrs a night, and had documented Graves' disease, hyperthyroidism, and severe insomnia. I repeatedly asked to quit. Hack VC refused. This + other threats and intimidation went on for almost a month.
The conditions got so bad I attempted suicide.
The fucked up part is that, even after the suicide attempt, I told everyone at Hack VC (in writing) that I had no plans to sue. I was scared & extremely sick. I just wanted to leave. I told them that as long as there was no retaliation or badmouthing - I had no plans to sue.
@Hack_VC chose to retaliate.
After just 1 month after my near suicide, Hack VC mishandled my COBRA health insurance, refused to fix things, kept shooing me to customer support (when it's legally Hack VC's responsibility to fix this), and my insurance had issues and was not fixed for almost 4 MONTHS. Hack VC did not fix everything until I hired lawyers and had them force Hack VC to adhere to the law & fix my COBRA insurance issues. The sheer cruelty of an employer harming someone's health insurance almost immediately after they nearly committed suicide is extremely fucked up.
And, even during the legal engagement, Hack VC continued to lie & attempt to harm me through their lawyers and other employees/partners (multi-million dollar carry & clawbacks can make even the nicest ppl willing to turn the other way or lie). @0xRodney @IsTheBaron @roshunpatel @Alex__Botte.
Now. Almost an entire year of engagement & my near suicide anniversary coming up, our lawyers (mine & Hack VC's) have reached the point of preparing for private mediation and settlement. And...I realized that I just can't do it. I don't want money in exchange for silence. I'd rather speak.
I fired my lawyers yesterday.
In case it needs to be said, I did a good job at Hack VC. I was only there full time for 7 months; been part-time since 2021. I got a $50k raise to $300k, $30k bonus, and promises of additional carry that would have been implemented about a week or so after my last day. I was also offered admission into the GP entity (but not sure if admission was actually completed bc it was during my medical emergency). This + my resume, should show that me suing is not a money grab; I was genuinely harmed.
I'm aware that I'm just one person (who is not rich) facing a $600-700M VC institution. I've been told by @alpackaP that he's known most of the managing partners at most VC firms for almost a decade and he could absolutely blacklist me.
I'm also painful aware that the conclusion of this will probably be extremely poor for me or death - but I've accepted it.
Sharing with other web2 & web3 VCs:
@paulg @ycombinator @500STARTUPS @a16zcrypto @PanteraCapital @dragonflyvc @RaceCapital @hosseeb @haunventures @hiFramework @ElectricCapital @blockchaincap @Delphi_Digital @variantfund @1kxnetwork @archetypevc @shimacapital @robotventures, etc.
TLDR; I’m done with continued threats, pressure, and intimidation. I'm not going to take a payout and allow Alex or Hack VC to walk away from harming me. As mentioned, I'll be dropping the evidence from my case on Wed 8/26 (or before) -- privacy be damned.

STOP WRITING YOUR OWN LOOPS.
Inherently the best opportunities for loop engineering are processes you are doing repeatedly and you don’t even know it.
I found this repo, Loopy agent, it automatically finds opportunities where I can build Loops inside Claude Code & Codex instead
IVE NEVER FELT MORE CAPABLE IN MY LIFE. Loopy for me has been the next era in agentic coding era.
JUST TRY IT:
> install github.com/secretbuilds/loop…
> loopy is a meta agent that sits and scans your natural way of using Claude code & coded
All those repetitive processes of asking Claude to test & fix, delegate tasks “use subagents” etc
The things you say 1000x repeatedly, now just sits in a clean loop auto-written by loopy.
Loopy is the single lowest life and highest impact thing you can do to make better code.
Both @bcherny and @steipete agree that you should not be promoting anymore , you should be looping.
Loopy helps you do this without any extra effort.

Seeker mobile is our next focus.
Seeker is gaining real ground with significant institutional support.
We’ve provisioned a few projects over this past week entirely focused on building for Seeker.
Of course, all projects will be based on $INVISIBLE unless otherwise noted. @BagsApp
If you are building for Seeker and want to collaborate; DMs are open.
Interesting timing; we have something simple that will work for this.
Details soon.
People will debate whether this is genius or a 0 IQ move.
I guess we'll find out soon.
Either way the people win.

Honored to be involved in such a project @invisiblebags @BNNBags
What happens when a team from Mckinsey, Blackrock & Anthropic work to enable the agentic future?
Invisible is an AI-native development studio shipping products across every frontier of technology. Not one app. An entire portfolio. And every product we build feeds value back into a single token: $INVISIBLE.
Our new website: invisiblebags.fm
Our first moonshot objectives:
— No-code & Claude tools
— Agentic research & ML/RL
— iOS / Mobile / Solana Seeker
— Prediction markets
— BagsApp agentic token apps
— Gaming
— General innovation & research
These are just the starting seven. The verticals evolve as fast as the technology does.
The best products don't come from one idea. They come from one obsession ; applied everywhere. But being part of @BagsApp is what made this real ; capital and compute without traditional VC guardrails deciding what's "too ambitious."
Getting accepted into the @BagsHackathon unlocks even more resources to go deeper across every vertical.
The goal is simple: if it's Invisible, it's cutting edge.
$INVISIBLE is live on @BagsApp.

We just placed top 50 on @ProductHunt , and are awaiting @BagsHackathon :)
Yes, we’re still active.
Yes, we contributed to @agentipedia by @invisiblebags
And yes. We’re still in the run for @BagsHackathon
Our next opportunity to impact is directly making an app FOR bags. Something you could share fees with and get a product made for you.
The only thing we await is docs & info on @BagsAPI.
we just got featured on @ProductHunt for open sourcing the CLI-based collaboration backbone for @karpathy's autoresearch [Github Linked]
pip install agentipedia
one agent running experiments is powerful. 1,000+ agents building on each other's results is an exponentially different game
but there's little infrastructure for that yet. so we built @agentipedia
→ open source CLI that lets your research agents talk to each other
→ anyone, ML engineer, founder, researcher, can post a hypothesis and have a swarm of agents test it
→ ML/RL researchers already joining as collaborators
hit top 40 on @ProductHunt under @ycombinator
honestly didn't expect it to move this fast
if you've been experimenting with autoresearch, this is how you 1000x it
the modern day SETI ❤️ agentipedia.ai
They just made data center level AI research possible at home 🤯🤯🤯
agentipedia.ai one of the craziest launches we’ve ever seen.
built from @karpathy ‘s autoresearch
Agents collaborate on a hypothesis
> fork other agents work
> see exact code changes
> DAG trees to map it out
This will 1000x research. Your trading agents, strategy agents, polymarket, financial agents, climate change, autonomous driving, drug discovery, whatever it may be.
Collaborate !!!
We built an open-source research platform for agents utilizing @karpathy's autoresearch agent.
agentipedia.ai @agentipedia
Crowd-sourced research will be the single biggest impact point for AI in the next 5 years and agentipedia will be a platform to drive it. Our vision:
> There are potentially millions of niche use cases of research agents building strategies, better models, operating procedures and more. PHD level science is possible through agent collaboration.
> Right now, very few entities control the vast majority of resources that can power this research; we believe in the future where any curious soul can harness the same energy.
> Agentipedia was created to let curious souls (ML Engineers, Executives/CEOs, Founders, Builders, or literally anyone) think of a hypothesis for any application and be met with a swarm of agents experimenting to see if its true.
Collaboration will yield magnitudes of impact on our society that we have not yet seen.
The simulators for several use cases like (drug discovery, autonomous driving) and more already exist today.

I packaged up the "autoresearch" project into a new self-contained minimal repo if people would like to play over the weekend. It's basically nanochat LLM training core stripped down to a single-GPU, one file version of ~630 lines of code, then:
- the human iterates on the prompt (.md)
- the AI agent iterates on the training code (.py)
The goal is to engineer your agents to make the fastest research progress indefinitely and without any of your own involvement. In the image, every dot is a complete LLM training run that lasts exactly 5 minutes. The agent works in an autonomous loop on a git feature branch and accumulates git commits to the training script as it finds better settings (of lower validation loss by the end) of the neural network architecture, the optimizer, all the hyperparameters, etc. You can imagine comparing the research progress of different prompts, different agents, etc.

We just provisioned 10 GPUs to run @karpathy's auto-research:
We're in an era where niche-specific agents can become hyper trainer, hyper accurate through an infinite loop of experimentation.
If you are interested in building with autoresearch, hit our DMs, will get you setup with $100 of Cloud GPU credits.
Here are just some agent narratives that can now improve 100x in quality:
+ agent simulations: run entire governments, companies, and entities of all kind
+ single-objective agents: tell an agent its only mission is to solve a single objective, a socio-economic issue; see what its outcomes are
+ mev bot that researches its own strategy while you sleep
+ token launch scanner that learns what pumps and what doesn't
+ lp vault that autonomously finds optimal ranges on uni v4 & meteora
+ yield agent that discovers routes across 50 defi protocols
This tweet signifies a new era; we will back talent that is willing to join this era.

BWR is pivoting, in a good way. Pending Hackathon acceptance, new paths emerge for us.
We just applied to the $4M @BagsHackathon with my project BuildWithRalph.com on @BagsApp
New Developments:
We're turning $BWR into a BagsApp App - once @BagsAPI is updated; we will pre-skill our builder on BWR, making it the best place to build directly for Bags Marketplace.
Additionally, BWR will enable "fee share to build" anyone launching a new token can share their fees with BWR and have our agents build a website for them automatically. [Pending Bags Acceptance]

Made using buildwithralph.com $BWR by the way.
Using @claudeai has absolutely changed my life. I made this site: JustUseClaude.com to help change yours too.
If you are switching to Claude, this is your opportunity to not just move over your experience, but make it even better.
On justuseclaude.com you can:
> Upload your history from ANY AI service (GPT, Grok, Gemini..)
> Analyzes your entire chat history + asks you key questions to build a perfect prompt
> Onboards you to Claude
> Gives you this beautiful dashboard view of your chat history
Check it out
Imagine being able to build apps for @BagsApp using a product on Bags (BuildWithRalph.com) where you can launch a Bags token for your Bags built BagsApp App.
Hope it’s starting to make sense. $BWR
Replying to @BagsApp
We're opening up submissions for the Bags App Store soon.
Developers will be able to submit their own fee sharing apps and earn based on how much their apps get used by other creators.
We're excited to see what you build on Bags.
