I'm Bunyod, a solo dev in Tashkent.
I'm building Replyra: AI agents that answer a business's customers in Telegram, Instagram and on its website, in Russian and Uzbek. When a question gets hard, the agent hands it to a human.
Before this I shipped StatementSheet (bank PDFs to Excel) and Vendlingo (Etsy listings for EU shoppers).
I'll post what breaks and how I fix it.
my carb counter was sending every meal photo at full size, 2 to 4 mb as base64, to storage and to the ai. there was a resize function in the code. nothing called it. what's the best dead code you found that would have fixed a real problem?
german writes stacking ring as one word, Stapelring. a translator that splits it into Stapel Ring reads fine to me and wrong to a german buyer. so my etsy listing tool translates every result back to english and lists what changed.
the default wait for an airline's reply in my flight delay checker is 62 days. two months at their longest is july plus august, so the date it prints can never come early. the uk regulator uses 56, so it gets its own row in the table, and a test pins the 62.
My customs duty calculator fails the build if its rates are older than 90 days. It warns from day 30.
Better a broken deploy than a site that quietly tells people the wrong number about their own money.
It's free, 4 languages, and every line shows which published rule made the number: parcel.flexart.app
My Etsy listing translator turned "gift for her" into "Geschenk für Sie". That means "gift for you", formal.
I had told the German profile to use formal Sie with buyers. The model applied it to the search term too. Now the profile says "für sie" stays lowercase.
It writes DE/FR/ES/IT/NL versions of Etsy listings, 15 free credits to try: vendlingo.flexart.app
My flight compensation checker told a British Airways passenger flying New York to Heathrow they were owed nothing.
The arrival check only knew the EU carrier set. BA left it at Brexit, but UK law covers UK carriers too. Virgin Atlantic, easyJet UK and Jet2 failed the same way.
It's free and runs in your browser, nothing you type is sent anywhere: checkmydelay.flexart.app
Russian CSV from Excel wouldn't upload on prod. Worked fine on my laptop.
Prod ran Bun 1.3.14, which can't decode windows-1251. My laptop had 1.4, which can. Worse, a site in that encoding got saved as "" with status Ready.
Wrote the decode table myself. Checked it inside the prod image, not locally.
Every click between pages on my site was a 404. Only in prod.
My 404 rewrite rules were also catching /ru.rsc, the request Next.js makes on Vercel when you navigate. Locally next start never does that.
Now after any routing change I curl prod with RSC: 1 and wait for a 200
