We are saddened by the tragic loss of Lincoln Police Officer Herrera. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and the members of the Lincoln Police Department.
Investigator Mario Herrera has succumbed to his injuries. Despite skilled & determined medical care, as well as the thoughts, prayers, & support of his family, friends & community, his valiant fight ended as he passed away in the early morning hours of September 7th, 2020. #LNK
