I've never seen a league prepare everyone for losing more than the SEC this year. The Big Ten has played 9 since 2017. The Big 12 since 2011. The PAC 12 did it and was the reason they got screwed every year in the CFP era. There is no doubt a 9-3 team will get in but the nonstop whining about it is ridiculous
NEW: Texas head coach Steve Sarkisian says the SEC is cannibalizing itself with a nine-game conference schedule👀 "Any way you slice it, it’s eight more losses. So if you are fortunate enough to be part of that discussion from the committee, how much is the committee going to value one more conference game in the SEC, right?" He added: "To some degree we put the cart before the horse." (h/t @InsideTexas) on3.com/news/steve-sarkisian…

I think that is the worst an Iowa team has beaten themselves in a game in my memory.

Never forget when Adam Banks was on a fast break, cheered for himself from the bench, and then proceeded to score the goal.

When you can show us the coaches and ADs that stay in smaller markets rather than leaving for a better opportunity, maybe people will empathize. It’s just “business” for coaches and administrators, yet loyalty is questioned with players, and “it’s all about the money.” Please.
"It's All About Money" as UCLA HC @CoachMickCronin speaks the TRUTH about Recruiting and Retainment in this clip from yesterdays @bigten Men's Basketball Media Day. Coach always keeps it real and we HEAR he flips a mean burger too!

Of the many things to ask NC State, why was CJ Bailey running forward, rather than toward the end line? If he's hit there and the ball goes backward, it's a safety anyway.

So, wins can be vacated for student athletes having their dinners paid for, but in the matter of right and wrong for the outcome of a contest, we just shrug it off?!!
The FBS Oversight Committee says in a statement that "instant replay protocols were not followed in the contest’s second-to-last play" in the Western Michigan-Michigan game, and "had the protocols been followed, the outcome of the game would have been different." FBS oversight committee says it cannot overturn the result.
