The last time Virginia updated its tax brackets (1990) Bob Ross's show was in its original airing on PBS. A teacher w/ avg state salary pays the same top rate as millionaires. To clean up our tax code & invest in priorities, #VaLeg should get the wealthy to pay their #FairShare
