As someone with lived experience of poor eyesight, I struggled this morning to follow your super simple four-step process for making my son's @Quaker porridge.
Not so “Oat So Simple”! Not so great customer experience.
Small changes like reviewing typography size, placement, and colour contrast - could make a massive difference. Save me pulling out my phone to zoom in with the camera! Or, pop on a QR code that takes me to a landing page of your website with steps, with an accessibility menu?
