Register for CAEPCon today to participate in sessions like the one we highlighted below! caepnet.org/event/2026-fall-… CAEPCon Session Spotlight: Show, Don’t Just Tell: Making Your EPP Evidence Irresistible to Reviewers “We have the data, but we don't know how to show it.” If this phrase sounds familiar, you aren’t alone. Many Educator Preparation Providers (EPPs) struggle not with doing the work of continuous improvement but with presenting evidence in a way that documents the improvement and resonates with site reviewers. Join Tina Allen from @latech for this interactive session, which will tackle that challenge head-on. We will dissect the difference between an adequate evidence package and an irresistible one. By focusing on clarity, alignment, and simplicity, you will learn how to guide site reviewers smoothly through your quality assurance system and make everyone’s job easier.

Register for CAEPCon to participate in sessions like the one below! caepnet.org/event/2026-fall-… CAEPCon Session Spotlight: Educator preparation programs recognize the need to prepare future teachers to use artificial intelligence (AI) effectively, yet many are still determining how to integrate AI across the curriculum without creating new courses or lengthy curriculum revisions. This session with Amanda Zeller from the University of Tennessee Knoxville highlights how one EPP used existing curriculum maps, accreditation evidence, and AI-supported curriculum analysis to identify opportunities, gaps, and redundancies and intentionally embed AI competencies across coursework and clinical experiences. Participants will explore a practical approach to using AI as a curriculum improvement tool, from organizing artifacts and mapping standards to analyzing course content and strengthening program coherence. Attendees will leave with adaptable strategies and resources for integrating AI into existing programs, supporting faculty collaboration, and advancing continuous improvement regardless of institutional size or resources.

These informal, “come and go sessions”, allow you to join at your convenience to ask questions of CAEP staff and receive guidance on submitting the Self Study Report, Addendum, or Rejoinder. There is not a set agenda or training for these small group sessions, they are simply to answer questions and have the opportunity to meet directly with CAEP staff.
